Madden 13 Official CAG League - On Hiatus. See you in August for Madden 25!
OKC is definitely getting the better end of this deal. Two 2013 first rounders, Jeremy Lamb, and Kevin Martin.
i agree 100% but i really loved the way harden played for the team. but u cant agrue with the reasoning for the trade. but he becomes a free agent next season anyways and he might not even sign with the rockets and could come back to the thunder after the clear up some more space for him which would be funny as hell if it did happen but very unlikely that it does of course
well if jeremy lamb is the star people are predicting him to be from the summer league then i guess all will end well plus k-mart still may have a little in him
As a UConn fan I obviously like Jeremy Lamb, but I'm not yet convinced he'll be a star in the NBA. I hope he is though.
one step closer to my return... still gotta buy an xbox and Madden, but i now have a TV to play on!!!
Keep me posted. You've got the first team to open up once you're ready to join.
You can just sim the raiders vs browns game.
What happened? They have a brand new owner, were you guys not able to work out a time?
is there any ideal time of advance in mind yet?
Ideal would be right now. But we've still got a couple of games in the wind:

Bears-Seahawks
Rams-49ers

Looking back in the thread, it looks like all of these guys have been in contact so I'm not really sure why they haven't been played yet. Hopefully they're scheduled for some time today. Any updates on these?

I haven't heard back from Zurezo. Given the weather situation that is bearing down on the East Coast, and the large number of league members who live in the mid-Atlantic area (including yours truly), I'd like to set a relatively early advance time here so that we can give those guys a chance to get their games in tonight. If I haven't heard back about this game by 6:00PM EST, I'm going to go ahead and advance.

I heard back from Zurezo, that game won't be played so I'm going to advance us right now.

FYI, I'm also handing over the commish reins to fero since I'll be on vacation starting Wednesday. So if you need anything done on that front for the next couple weeks, contact him.

Denver Broncos 27 - Oakland Raiders 3

The Denver Broncos traveled to Oakland and avenged their only division loss of the season with a convincing 27-3 win over the Raiders. Unlike last time, the Denver D showed up big time, holding the Raiders in check for most of the game. Darren McFadden's uniform switch didn't hurt either, as he had a big game against his former team.

Brock Osweiler was 10 of 18 for 223 yards, 1 TD and 0 INTs. He was a bit uneven though, as he missed several wide open receivers in the red zone early in the game. Once he started to find his favorite target though, things turned around.

Terrelle Pryor was 7 of 15 for 97 yards, 0 TDs and 1 INT.

DMC had only 7 carried but made the most of them, galloping for 121 yards and 2 TDs. McGahee saw a lot of short yardage work, especially with the game in hand, and carried 11 times for 19 yards.

Slaton carried 11 times for 41 yards, while Pryor had 2 for 24.

Demaryius Thomas had another huge game, catching 5 balls for 165 yards and a TD to do most of the damage for the Broncos.

Jacoby Ford had 2 catches for 50 yards for the Raiders.

The Broncos got an interception from Joe Haden and forced fumbles from DJ Williams and Joe Mays. Justin Bannan recovered both fumbles and also had a sack. Von Miller and Derek Wolfe had sacks of their own.

The Raiders got sacks from Justin Durant and Shawntae Spencer.

---
gg Tanabeo! Definitely played infinitely better in this one than I did in our last matchup. Especially on defense.

The Broncos move to 9-4, and can clinch the division with a loss this week by the Chargers (the Chiefs may need to lose as well, I'd have to do the math on that one). In any case, their magic number for the division is 1, which accomplishes what I wanted to do before heading on vacation. Now let's hope I don't get too rusty with a week and a half off from Madden...

Texans can clinch with a win vs the Pats and a loss by the Colts this week. Texans close the season with 2 of their last 3 games against the Colts.

In addition Randy Moss is out for 5 Weeks due to broken Collarbone Im going to raise his Toughness in hopes for a speedy recovery

Gronk ftw

His description of the one I posted was priceless: "That little nutcracker dude that's guarding the house."

I'm still rolling everytime I look at the GIFs, Gronk is awesome.

falcons vs panthers round 2 kicking off at 9 central

can the falcons over come the powerhouse of the nfc south and get over .500 or will the panthers do what they do best and win

The loss sucks - but I am not really upset that Dez put his hand out to brace that fall. He could have been seriously hurt if he didn't.
??? If two teams have the same division and overall record how do u determine which teams go to the playoffs ???
The falcons seemed to do the almost impossible in carolina.
falcons 27 panthers 14

Matt Ryan- 104.7 passer rating 13 for 19 with 228 yards 1TD 1 INT

Falcons Defense had 4 sacks 5 ints 1 TD

GG MA not sure how i did it will more than likely be the only time this will happen

I couldn't believe that they got such a steal on that trade for Harden. Jeremy Lamb will be a beast in the NBA..his skill set is crazy, his work ethic is solid, i believe he will be an impact starter soon in the NBA...he's got some crazy Youtube videos out there.

Patriots vs. Texans kicking off tomorrow at 10:30 pm EST.

Hey anyone playing murdamode this week, or any time during the rest of this season, all he does is run the ball so forget your pass D..focus on the run. We have a bet going and I need him to lose the rest of his season. I dont know how he has won so many games with hid bs run attack on the outside.

Most people could probably figure this out by just looking at my season stats. But thanks.

Good to hear you are so confident for your upcoming Cru and Doom games.

i think mike vick would win the real life and cag league vote for most overpaid player in the league. in real life because he sucks, and in cag because he sucks and LV doesnt even try to throw with him

and nmamdi would win most overpaid defensive player in the league as well, maybe not in cag but def in real life

Sounds like the falcons will need some luck to clinch a wildcard spoy need the right teams to lose and for me to win

Hey, he's still on the trading block if anyone is looking?

Dude makes all the throws down field I need when I actually ask him to throw. But a few throws per game aint worth 12+ Million and rising.

Hey guys sorry about yesterday. I changed my flight to an earlier one and then got delayed at the airport for over 5 hours. What a long and annoying day it was. Sorry about holding up the league, but Im back now and all is good. Just glad I got back west before the hurricane.
