Does anyone else ever have a problem with auto-renewal?

I signed up for EGM through one of these a long time ago and they automatically renewed my subscription at the end of the year and sent me a bill for it.
I wanted to renew EGM anyway so I'm not complaining, I'm just wondering if anyone else ever has that happen.

Is the Computer Gaming World link good?

How come when I try to use any of the VU games link I never get the confirmation e-mail? I have tried multiple times to get computer gaming world that way but I am never successful.

Don't worry, it's never ever worked for me either

Never happened to me when mine ended. The CGM link should work if you get accepted. Just give it a try.

It worked for me when I started receiving OPM, but my subscription was short and it ended already. Maybe its too late; I signed up for that earlier this year. Either that, or they realized that no one was buying the games, so canceled the whole idea.
Dont you have to sign up for a offer, in order to get those
I wouldn't know. I've gone all the way through before selecting "no" everytime till it eventually ended, never having to pay for anything. I already subscribed to that magazine, so I'm not sure if it worked or not. If cautious, then I suggest avoiding it with the other Maxim, Stuff, and Wired links from that site. I know for a fact that the Playboy link requires an offer.

Do you happen to know of anyone magazines for women that would be free? My gf is getting jealous of all my free magazines. ;)

I know it would make her day to get something like US Weekly or something like that. Thanks for any help you can give.

Prevention is (at least I think). The only female orientated magazines I know of are Shape, Vitals for Women, and Physcology Today (guys can read it too, but judging by the ads its more for females). BTW, I'm a girl, and I like lots of the articles in the boner mags (FHM, Maxim, Stuff).

Thanks. Yeah, my gf doesn't really like the boner mags too much. SHe lives with me so she could read them anytime she wanted, but she's just not a fan. Thanks for the info though.

After looking through the stack of magazines here, I like Blender, Giant, and Life Extension too.

There's these, but they require an offer (I'm pretty sure) for Cosmo, In Style, or Glamour.

Seriously, I got all excited too...

This one's been mentioned before, but its not on the front page.
Nintendo Power (3 issues)
"This offer, exclusive to My Nintendo members, requires that you register or have registered three Nintendo products and have a verified email address."
You might have to cancel it after receiving the 3rd issue. Apparently, they are relaunching their format (since its been the same like since before I was born). Here are some links:

There isn't a link in your post, but I'm assuming its the same as the one in post #67 above. Thanx for clarifying on the offers.
wired? should i get rid of it?
no. i'm just refering to all the hoops they make you jump thru in order to get the free subscription. ridiculousness. it really shouldn't be listed on the free magazine thread if you have to sign up for a ton of offers and then get your friends to sign up for offers and on and on... on a related note, click here! for a free xbox360!!!
wired? should i get rid of it?
Its all the freebiepeople.com links. They've been a included in the free magazine threads as long as I've been on this site. I'd just put a note saying an offer must be completed. I mentioned this in post #61.

Look at the posts from the last two weeks. If you don't see a link, chances are there aren't any working links right now..
hey 6669, i bet u have tons of subscriptions.
Yeah, I get about 30 different magazines here, most coming from freebizmags :)
Steer clear of this one . . . it is an annoying black hole I just wasted 15 min. and still I won't get the mag!
Mine said thank you. He said his route is bassed on total pieces of mail so all my subscriptions actually make his route shorter. Go figure

I ordered FHM from the link on the front page (requiring you to enter the coupon "Thank You"). I am new to the magazine thing, but will I actually get this with no hassle?

Anyone know if there are free subs for Cosmopolitan or Allure? The girlfriend is wanting to sign up for a subscription but if I can get one for free then I get some brownie points =).
