I thought this was by the developer of Mario & Luigi? Am I thinking of some other game?

I'd love...whatever that game was to be localized as I love the Mario & Luigi games. No way I'm importing a Japanese game though.

I picked this game up in Japan about 5 or so years ago, and I loved it for a while, but I got stuck early on and for some reason I couldn't find out where to go, even with the GameFAQs guide. Honestly I liked it a lot more than Magical Starsign too.
