Mana Khemia 2 Rosenqueen preorder

Overpriced art-book, but hey. Shipped.

I definitely forgot I ordered this. At least it's already paid for. I'm hoping it's worth the premium price to me.
 
Initial reports from people who have already received this indicate that there is in fact a separate outer box with the Rosenqueen logo which contains the boxed game package like you get from Amazon and the art book/calendar. So, it looks like the $50 edition from Rosenqueen did in fact come with a different outer box and an art book/calendar. Still not sure that's worth an extra $20-$25, but at least it's something.

I can confirm it's true.
I just received mine this afternoon.
 
Got mine today and it's in good shape. It was very well packaged by Rosenqueen, so I'm happy. It looks nice, I'm not sure if I want to open it....

The outer box is roughly 9.75" x 7" x 1.5".

Just got mine today and I'm pleasantly surprised. When I first heard it was a combination artbook and calendar, I thought it would be one of those big calendars with artwork from the game above each month. In actuality, it's just a regular artbook but the last couple of pages have small boxes on the bottom that show the months of the year (2010).

For collection purposes, I actually like this better. But for practical purposes, it would have been cool to have a real calendar to hang somewhere with Mana Khemia 2 artwork. Of course, it would be worthless 01/01/11...
 
Nice presentation with the extra box. I'm going to have to say I really like that box, both in appearance and functionality. Too many times have we seen either tiny promos so they fit in a box not that much bigger in dimensions from a game case or oversize promos getting smashed somehow from shipping :(
 
I just checked my Amazon order and the shipping estimate is now Oct 6th. Since people here are already getting their shipment and the artbook seems better than I thought I am going to order with RQ.

Did it come in a box that can keep it from getting crushed or something stupid like a bubble mailer? 9/10 times a box in a bubble mailer will get crushed regardless of shipping service.

Mine came in a box.
 
Received mine today, word of warning for anyone with the PlayStation 3 80 GB Metal Gear Solid Pack system with backwards compatibility, the game does not work. It goes to a black screen immediately after the Playstation 2 logo comes up. :bomb: I will be digging out my Playstation 2 slim to play this.
 
Wow, thank you for that post, LoneGun. I was about to buy the game, and thought I would check here first to see how people like it. Nice save, I only have an 80gb ps3.

Came in an outer box, and was packaged decently for the most part, but just happened that the side that got crushed was the side of the box with the least amount of packaging.
