Magazine is going digital this issue, but for whatever reason, the coupons are still available in store. It's in a brochure showing a preview of the magazine and talking about RZ Unlocked. There's also no UPC on it outside of the Unlocked sign-up UPC so it could actually be free. I'll try to get pictures up later.

Anyway, the coupons. Valid from 3/3 - 4/6:

How do I access my digital magazine/coupons?
You will receive an e-mail with a link to the latest issue of the magazine. In the same e-mail is a second link to access the coupons, which you can either print out to use in-store or use online at bestbuy.com.

How do I receive the digital edition of the magazine?
If you are a new or renewing member, you will automatically receive the digital edition of the magazine. If you are a current print subscriber, you will continue to receive the print edition of the magazine until your subscription expires.

How do I convert my print subscription to digital?
Go to http://www.atgamermagazine.com/customerservice. Login with your subscriber info, which can be found on the mailing label of your magazine. Be aware that it takes up to four weeks to process your request.

I have not received the March issue yet.
The last issue was a double-issue for January/February. March issues have just started mailing and you should receive yours by the second week of the month. @Gamer is published ten times a year with double issues for January/February and July/August.

If you searched the site I noticed the stock locater sometimes says ”ship to store” everywhere. It's a glitch and when you enter your zipcode again, the stock locater starts working again.

Still no magazine for me. I've never had mine show up late. Mildly annoyed...

May just stop in tonight and see if they have any of those brochures with the coupons laying around. Switching to digital soon as I do get this one though, online coupons are just way to convenient.

I just called and the magazine has switched to 100% digital, what crap, I like the print magazines.

i took my mag to bestbuy and did a oms. after a few calls its been determined that the closest bestbuy to me that has it is in nj, noooo thank you lol. i used a smidge of my credit from my ps4 money but its no biggie. i hope the 10$ base value holds cause i would get 14$ using the preorder promo which is pretty sweet. ill cancel the preorder on the spot like i always do lol. if the tiv does get nuked ill just return :)

I asked a local Best Buy a few weeks ago about it going digital and they had no idea.

Mine finally came today too. They're coming guys, just be patient. Picked up DBZ Kinect (to keep since apparently it comes with "Goku Hair", and by that I mean a paper crown thing, not an avatar item) and TTT2, kinda hoping TTT2 won't go on sale later this month (I don't think it will) and I'm sure as hell DBZ won't go any lower. Might switch to digital for the secondary coupons if it does. Also holding out for Zone of Enders HD to go on sale, I have a feeling it will.

If I do end up getting the second set of coupons, the TIV for DBZ Kinect @ GS is like $10 as of today right? Not sure that a bonus $5 GC is even worth the gas.. and it's only gonna dip lower from here.

I renewed in feb and all renewals going forward are stuck with digital. I can't even find the damn digital copy online.
 
The back of the coupons say you have to be a RZGC member to redeem. Is this true even though they sell the magazines in store? I want to give a coupon away to someone who isn't a member, but will it work if they use it?

RZGC is free. The unlocked isn't. So just ask about it if they aren't a GC member. I don't see why they bother with the GC thing at all it just kind of screws people out of the loop on the double points for trades and used games and stuff I guess but that's really all it is.

Neither version is perfect, but iirc the 360 version is the better of the two (somehow)
 
Anyone know where I get my @gamer information or how long it takes to get a digital issue? I just signed up for Unlocked a few days ago, have no idea how to access the magazine.
 
Is it possible to price match and use the coupon on the same transaction? I ask because my target has doom 3 for 29.99 not sure if it's just my store.
 
I have a question. After I use the coupon on ZOE HD can I use a gift certificate to make it cheaper or is that considered "double dipping"?

If so, yes you can stack them with either or both.

You can call @gamer magazine at 800-678-3643. I called today and switched my subscription over to digital as I'm tired of receiving every issue of the magazine late. The process was simple but unfortunately the switch won't take effect until next months issue so hopefully Best Buy doesn't raise prices (like they did with Prototype 2) before I receive the current issue.
 
So I guess I got the digital notification, I guess I have to wait for the other e-mail to get the mag and my coupons?
 
D'oh! Ever since I got my mag a few days ago I've been looking for the thread about the coupons. I just thought the deals must have been so bad no one was talking about them. Next time, maybe include "Best Buy" in the title, eh?

Anyway, I still have yet to recoup my Unlocked membership renewal last September since the coupons have been crap since then. Maybe I will get to use these though. There's some slight potential there and I might as well get the DBZ game now.

As soon as the magazine goes all digital, I'm not renewing. At least the real copy has some value as fodder to read during plane trips and such.

Well to be fair it is @Gamer magazine regardless... ;P

Not sure about how the digital thing really works since it tells me I get mine next month... so I'll see then. I don't see why you couldn't access it in a situation like that unless they force you to be online and access it only through their app or something without being able to download it

Have there been any decent deals the last 3-4 months? I usually scour the first page a couple times a day and never saw this thread. I never think of the NAME of the stupid magazine - to me it is the Best Buy magazine, so maybe that's why I didn't see it. I get the magazine and look at the coupons - haven't seen anything good. But this is pretty low priority on my list of CAG stuff I try to keep track of. But yeah, I haven't seen the thread in a long time. That's why I don't like it when people make new threads all the time for "ongoing" deals like this. I subcribe to dozens of threads and like to monitor them daily that way. When a new one gets made at random, I often forget about it for a while... That has been a pet peeve of mine for years on CAG ;).

In any case, I changed the thread title just now - "Best Buy" fit just fine, so why not include it? Not everyone knows what @GAMER is.

Picked up Modern Warfare 3, I had forgotten what it was like to play a game with a real budget. I've been working through my backlog and playing a lot of AA and A games or less...
"Artistic" gets old after awhile.
 
I don't think I have ever purchased a pre-owned game at BB using a GCU coupon before. Is it supposed to stack with the 10% off? The computer would not ring up the 10% discount with the coupon, only one or the other. I was told by a manager (who just read the fine print on the coupon) "cannot be combined with other offers".

What? Since when can perks of a paid membership be considered a separate offer? It seems silly to pay for a membership and not be able to fully use the perks that come with it.
 
one of my bestbuys has a few copys of zone of enders for ps3. im thinking about buying a copy within the next few days and holding it to see if bestbuy puts it on sale. if not ill return it by the 15th day of owning it
