Mario Party 6 Brand New at Sears 4 $11.97 (B&M) YMMV

CAGiversary!
I went to sears today cause I saw they had Mario Party 6 for 24.97 which is a good deal but when I went to buy it it rang up as 11.97 I was in shock this must be a new markdown so if you can find any mario party 6's brand new at sears it should ring up at 11.97.
Wow. There's a Sears right by work that has MP:6 in stock. Sounds about the right price for me. Thanks, op.
where can you check in store availability?

I dunno if you can go to the site. I just happened to be in Sears last week and remember seeing a copy of MP6 for 24.99.
EDIT: Makes you wonder if Batallion Wars and Mario Power Tennis, the other 24.97 GC games, dropped in price too.

Ooooooh. I'm not interesting in Mario Party, but I would definitely pick up Mario Tennis for that. Can somebody check and see if that dropped?

Batallion Wars I already have, but if anybody's wondering it's totally worth $20, and certainly a steal for $11 if that's the new price. :D

I would love confirmation of this somewhere else so we know it's not a fluke. It's insanely hard to find Mario Party games cheap.

Wow, 75% off. I saw a copy of it at $24.99 (50% off) earlier this year. I didn't buy it only because I already had it and that was still a bit too much for me to just add to my TL.

Come ON! My wallets suffered enough this summer! Oh well... when you guys go can you check to see if the other $24.97 games have dropped (especially Mario Tennis) so I can start pouring out the cash again. -_- Man I need a job.
How long ago did you get "Zelds four swords" at sears?
2 Days Ago. Me and my friends actually had all the resources to hook up 4 GBA's to our Gamecube, so it was a blast. Highly reccomended for Zelda fans if you can get a bunch of friends to play the quest with you.

Has anyone found Sears prices to be YMMV all of the sudden? I scanned the UPC for this yesterday and it was still $24.97. The reason I think the prices are YMMV is because I scanned the Pokemon Dash UPC at one store on Thursday and it said $6.97 and the Sears I went to yesterday, the UPC scanned for $14.97 which was the same store that MP6 UPC scanned for $24.97.

In Columbus, Ohio, MP6 is still $24.97. If someone gets an extra one for cheap, please PM me and I'm sure we can work something out trade or cash.

Crap - I NEVER knew my Sears had games...I went today and although I didn't find MP6, I did get Silent Hill 4 and ICO new/sealed for PS2 for 9.99 each...

Same thing happens to me all the time. Not only with Sears, but Target and Kmart. It's like if they're all under the same system for clearance. It's all up to the department manager to mark it down at his/her own discretion.

No copies of Mario Party 6 at my Sears, but I did grab KOTOR 2 for $9.97. I definitely recommend looking through the clearance bin.

It's definitely YMMV - I just got back, and the last copy of MP6 scanned @ $24.97. Not a wasted trip tho, I did snag a couple of War of the Monsters for $9.99 each, and a Zelda: Four Swords for $9.97. Zelda's on my tradelist, if anyone's interested.

I price-checked Battalion Wars and Mario Tennis at Security Square, and they were both $24.97. They had 3 copies of LoZ: Four Swords for $9.97.

I picked up Death Jr. in Hunt Valley for $9.99, although it rang up $19.97 (it had a big $9.99 sticker on it).

I'm interested in MP6 if anyone can grab a copy. For anyone with MP6 or anyone interested in trading in general, I can pick up
Legend of Zelda: Four Swords (GC)
Final Fantasy: Crystal Chronicles (GC)
Metal Gear Solid 3 (PS2)
Pikmin 2 (GC)
Does the MP6 come with the microphone?
I'm pretty sure that was the only way it was sold - I know the one I price-checked was boxed w/ the mic.
Drill Dozer (GBA)~Target Clearence (7.48)
Legend of Zelda: Four Swords Adventures (GC)~Sear's Clearence ($9.97)
Half Life 2: Episode 1 (PC)~CC Sale ($7.99)
Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door (GC)~CC PM ($9.99)
Final Fantasy IV (GBA)~ CC 7/4 Clearence ($8.95)
F-Zero GP Legend (GBA)~K-Mart Clearence ($3)
Just a heads up - you've misspelled "clearance" multiple times in your sig.

Mine had a ton of Star Ocean: Til the End of Time non-gh that looked like a double dvd thing or something (similar to the size box of DQ VIII). Was this how the original was released or is this some type of special edition?

EDIT: Is the LoZ: 4S the big box version or the normal GC game size one?

Yes, that's how the Star Ocean was originally sold. The manual is outside the case, in the box, like it was in DQ8.

And yes, Zelda is also the box version w/ the GC-to-GBA cable included.

The Sears in Steubenville, OH had one copy left marked at $24.97. I had an employee scan it, but it was still $24.97.
However, I still have to give thanks for this thread, and to those of you who posted the clearance deals you found. I got the last copies of Death Jr. (PSP) and War of the Monsters (PS2) for $9.99 apiece, so all was not lost. Good looking out, fellow CAGs!

Haha. Stupidville. OF course, yes, I went to college there, so I shouldn't laugh.

No MP6 here. Did get FFXI w HDD for $50 and the Crimson Skies Xbox live 12 month starter kit for $40, but think I'm gonna take them back tomorrow unless a fellow CAG is interested.

I went to a Sears to check this out, but they did not have Mario Party 6 at all, on the shelves or clearance bin. There was Warioware Twisted though for $9.xx, which was pretty good but I picked up Metroid Prime Pinball for $17.xx. Other gmaes I scanned were:
Baten Kaitos: 14.xx
Geist: 24.xx
Pac 'N Roll: 9.99
Trace Memory: 17.xx (not sure)

I didn't find a MP 6 today, but I came away with two Baulder's Gate: Dark Alliance 2 for PS2 for $24.97, so I can't complain too much. ^_~

Thanks for giving me a reason to go OP!

The Mario Party games are insanely fun. I'd be glad to pick this up for $12.

I went to my local Sears today and I picked up Metroid Prime 2 for $9.97.

... It's not Mario Party 6, but it seemed a waste to start a new thread just for this
