No idea, personally, but it should. I can't imagine the game is all that intense (resource wise) for the Steam version.
He works well when you run someone to mitigate the tiles, or against a goon squad. If he's leveled/powered up and his teammates are not, his red can be brutal depending on the colors out on the board.
His best friend is Loki with a maxed black, but Daredevil has been making moves to take his place. And I guess Elektra, if you get enough purple covers. Falcon can get invited because of Redwing, but that's too slow against named characters, and Steve could replace the tiles you can't match away if you collect red and blue first. Spidey and Bullseye get nods because they can fill the purple tiles first, and offset any strike tiles you miss. And if you don't mind taking some damage, just don't worry about the tiles and throw max black Hulk out there to take the hit and get angry, since your strike tiles affect that damage, too.
But yeah, Patch is designed around doing a lot of damage quickly before your opponent catches up.
