Metroid Prime 3 - Do Mother Brains' Have PMS? - 9.5 From IGN!

Woot I finally finished this game (just now made time to sit down and finally complete it heh). Decent ending not the best one I've seen but solid :) 96% upon completion not to bad for me.
I sent you four back.

Which means, I still have eight. Looking to trade for them as soon as I possibly can, because I'm nearly done with the game! (That, and I am headed back to my apartment here in a couple days, which drastically cuts down my game time.)

This weekend was crazy busy but I still need to trade some vouchers later today if anyone is still able?
Rig and CombatCraig, I'm about halfway through the game and have some vouchers that I'm looking to trade. I think I have around 7, but I'm not sure. I'd like to trade if you still have some. I'll add you later this afternoon/evening. Let me know.

I've got eight left, so whoever wants to trade, just let me know in here or in a PM.

I will be home all day today, so I can easily send them out at any time, once I know who will send some back.

Just added CombatCraig and Rig. If you guys add me, I'll send you some vouchers. I just checked and I have 14 to trade right now.
Rig, just sent you 11 vouchers.
Sending you 11 back shortly.

Would've been faster, but there was a big thunderstorm here earlier, so I unplugged everything.

EDIT: 11 vouchers sent. And I added UltimoRey. Don't think I will have anymore vouchers on this file, but I might start my next file on the hardest difficulty.
adding Rig and Mrodger right now, i have plenty to trade.
UltimoRey, added you and sent you my last 4 vouchers.

anybody here have a PAL version of metroid? (europe)
I need green credits, but it tells me if I use 'em on NTSC versions (japan and USA) I will lose my vouchers. PM me if you are interested

sorry to repeat myself, but I'm going for ALL unlockables and pickups (100% completion) and I need 13 freind vouchers. europe copies only, or Ill lose my vouchers

well, I'm nearing the end of the game. I have to say I am very impressed. Mainly it makes me wish that there were more FPS type of games with these controls for the system. It beats the hell outa mouse and keyboard and joysticks.
UltimoRey, added you and sent you my last 4 vouchers.
I paid you back. Sorry for delay (too much wind waker).
I finally beat the game on Hyper Mode. Took me 5 tries, but it was worth it. I have completed this great game.
How was it? Much harder? A little bit harder?
I want to eventually play through this game again.
How was it? Much harder? A little bit harder?

Omega Ridley
probably has the most noticeable difficulty increase of all the bosses. The big golem bastard didn't even kill me once.

When I first bought the game, I only put a couple hours into it, and got distracted by other games. A couple days ago I took it off the shelve and started playing again. I forgot how awesome this game is!

I just...
Made the bomb

MAIN SCREEN TURN ON

I stopped playing at around 50% for Mario Galaxy. As dissapointed as I was with MG, for some reason I can't get into this game again. Mainly because I don't remember what stuff I had to do/didn't do. Sucks too because I liked it.

Really?

I've put the game down in order to get my portfolio together, which was quite a bit of work. (Strell would have written a long-ass "memoir" regarding all his turbulent troubles.) The game was fairly easy to pick back up. I'm on the final boss now, and I love the way the ending works. I have yet to defeat the damn thing, because
YOU CAN NOT fuckING GET BEHIND THE STUPID FLOATING HEAD.

Still, I rate this game mad high.

Also, Starcraft tonight?

I'm just finishing up the game in hypermode difficulty. I dont know what Crotch is talking about, mogenar was super hard. and
omega ridley was easy, but the battle lasted ages...

I beat Hyper Mode a couple of weeks ago, and I can say that
Dark Samus
is much, much harder than the previous 2 difficulties.

Mogenar was actually quite easy (On Hyper Mode) IMO. But, that might've been because I had beaten him twice before, and I knew how to take him down. It did take a while though. Metroid games have this thing where if you beat a boss once on a difficulty, you can do it a lot easier the next time on the same or lower difficulty.

Mogenar was long, yes, but not hard. You just had to blast his hands like fucking mad whenever you were low on health.

I don't understand how Omega Ridley could be a long fight. He gives, like, no health.

I got this game from goozex a week ago and
I just defeated the seed on Bryyo
. How far am I from the end? I'm guessing 1/3 of the way. Thanks!

Strell, I sent you a friend chip since you're the first one on my friends list that has the game. What are these friend chips for anyway?

you can exchange them for extras like screenshot ability, bobblehead, artwork, and music.
Rumor is that Nintendo is going to re-release the entire Metroid Prime Trilogy the Wii.

I wouldn't be surprised if this is true. It would be easy enough to add Wiimote controls, along with widescreen and 480p to Metroid Prime 1 and 2.
Saw this also.

I think it's bogus based on pricing structure alone -you couldn't really price it at $30 since MP3's MSRP should still be 49.99. But you can't make it $50 because then MP3 is a huge ripoff.

I wonder if they'd release it and begin a Player's Choice line simultaneously, dropping MP3 and other titles down to 19.99? Seems to be the only way it would make sense.

Regardless, I'd pick it up.

Doctor: Thanks for the FC. I might play through this again soon on a higher difficulty and to unlock the rest of the stuff, so if I do, I'll send something your way.

That would be awesome. I never actually played Prime and Prim 2. I'm pretty sure Prime 2 has multiplayer?

See, this is where it can get great. 1, 2, and 3 on 1 disc. Include wifi multiplayer.
Could all 3 games fit in 1 disc though?
Yay! I just finished the game in advanced on friday(only 74%), and now im starting Hypermode. I can't even get past the first boss now...
I was playing in Hypermode until I broke my shoulder, so I haven't picked it up again. I'd really like to finish it... But just wait until you get to Mogenar, the difficulty of that battle will make you cry yourself to sleep.

I would seriously buy that, considering that I tried playing the first prime, but could not get used to the control scheme used. The ability to use the Wiimote would be the perfect incentive for me to pick it up.

Sure could, although it would probably have to be a dual layered disc. GameCube discs could store up to 1.5 GB of data while a standard single layered DVD is 4~GB and dual layered DVD is 8~GB. I assume the Wii discs are similar in storage space.

If they did this, and the wifi was at least as good as Hunters, I'd be there. Day one. Hopefully with a coupon or trade-in of some sort...:D

Is there any way to change the Mii that's associated with your MP3 save game? I need to exchange some friend vouchers. PM me if you want to trade.

Got a question, for those still playing this.

Did Brawl and Mario Kart add two bumper stickers to Sammy's ship? I don't really want to find the box my copy is in to test it myself.

brawl does, don't know about kart

Looked all over my ship, didn't see any MKWii sticker. Did see Super Mario Galaxy and Brawl, but no Mario Kart.
I also found I have one friend voucher.

A bit late here, but I would like to trade some MP3 friend vouchers. Still missing some of the bonus content. I can also confirm that MKWii doesn't show up on my ship as well.
