MGS Twin Snakes $17.99 @ Target

Picked it up for 12.43 with a raincheck for harvest moon. Casheer didnt want to give it to me and I told her call the manager, well I got it. Booyah

Sorry, I picked up the last one last night. The price drop was marked as good until 10/18 at this Target, but YMMV with other places.

BTW, if you were at this Target last night around 6:30PM and are on the boards, LMK, as it is always good to meet a fellow CAGer.

PS Spidey, you may want to check the Target off of the Belt on Community Drive. I bet that they still have some, altough since I changed jobs, I haven't been there as much.
 
Picked it up during lunch today. The Target I went to didn't have a 'Temporary Price Drop' tag next to any of the Gamecube titles, but did for all of the other platforms. Even though the $29.99 tab was hanging on the shelf, it rang up as $17.99 when I asked the CSR to scan the UPC code. I also noticed a $19.99 tab behind the $29.99 one, so it's possible that MGS:TTS could see another price drop shortly. Wasn't carded either, but then again, I picked up my copy near campus. :)
 
Picked up a copy this evening in Los Angeles county. It had a temporary price drop tag next to it, and they had several copies left. Thanks for the tip, I was looking for this game anyway.
 
Gotta love those 'Temporary Price-Cuts' Target has.
I remember Breakdown coming down to $20. I went ahead and picked it up b/c that was around the time that everywhere else had it for 50 still.
Now Breakdown is 10 new at CC.
 
For the Target temporary pricing isn't it just a week? But anyways I picked up my copy (also the last copy too ^_^) and so glad I got it. I wasn't carded which is interesting seeing I could pass for being 12 -_-.

Oh crap I didn't see this until now. Is this going to be at Target on Sunday? Or is that the day they typically recycle these unadvertised temp. price drops?

It's a temporary price cut, not a sale. Could last a week, could last until they run out of copies.
 
Got the last copy at $17.99 yesterday at the Kingston, NY location. Was not actually carded but was asked my birthday to enter into the computer.
 
Just got back from my local Target and they still had this marked as a "Temporary Price Reduction" at $17.99. So my friend and I snagged a copy each.
 
Got mine at the Super Target off of Steve Reynolds Blvd. in Gwinnet, GA (just north of Atlanta). The Temporary Price Cut tag said the deal would be available through the 23rd. There were still about 3 or 4 when I bought my copy on Saturday.

Actually, YMMV on that one. If an employee is able to scan the UPC or get the code for the product, they may or may not give you a raincheck.
 
Got mine today as well. Marked $30 but they checked the price and it was $18. There were ten copies on the shelf but since it wasn't marked I assume no one is buying it.
 
got mine today too, she said it was 30 on the phone but I said " well on cheap ass gamer they say it rings up at 17.99" so she goes and asks a guy and comes back and says "well looks like you are correct". Another victory for CAG

went there last night and saw a $40 tag on it, and since nobody was near the dept. and the store was closing i didn't bother to check it. And tonight I can't go back, so it looks like I won't be getting in on this deal.
 
There was a $40 tag at my local Target, and no dude to help me. Then I noticed that they now just have a button in the video game section to call someone over. Despite the $40 price tag, the sales associate told me it was 17 the instant I asked for a price check. He told me "it's over tomorrow" whether that means the price will last through tomorrow or not, I don't know. There was one copy left (Olympia).
