My RDR2 punchcard was weird. I went back in and the spot for second achievement changed to "click here". I did, it flipped over and credited me the points. My game pass card is of course bugged as well as bad lands. Bad lands has not credited days logged into Xbox Live and it should have hit 20 already
 
My RDR2 card worked fine. Sadly, none of my gamepass punches are coming up and I was really hoping for that extra 5000 points to use for the sale.
 
Not sure if anybody who completed Bad Lands noticed but I just did: the Xbox Survival Sweepstakes entry is not automatic. You have to find the deal in the redeem section, it will show one entry for zero points. Don't know why I assumed it would auto enter but for anybody who didn't know, here you go
 
Anyone else got the Forza Horizon 4 and Wolfenstein:New Order/Lego Indy parts of the game pass quest checked off?  Those are the only two I can't seem to get checked off yet.

I Played Metro 2033 and got it marked, But still waiting for Forza/Sea of Thieves/and Humans fall Flat check offs.

 
I had to contact CS and they asked for screenshots of each one, still waiting to hear back.  What a pain this Rewards points has been.  If it was less than 5000 pts, I wouldn't do it, too much time is wasted.

 
This is weird for r2r, i got some achievement, i got complete punch card check as complete but i am still missing earn anu achievement in rdr 2

 
So after wasting too much time in copy and pasting the achievement, they reply with an email that says thanks for sending us the pictures, is there anything else we can help you with. I replied yes put the 5000 points in my account, really!  No reply back yet.

Finally contacted them myself, they asked for pics of punch card and achievements. No word yet. I really hope it's not that mess
 
My punchcard took a while to show up compared to others, but it finally finished and credited my points yesterday. I did the first achievement days before the others too, but they all just showed up at once.
 
I got an email today that they manually had to add the 5000pts after I had to send them 5 screenshots of everything. Just in time to pick up another $10 credit.  So up to $45 now.  The only thing that sucks is that my 3 month game pass has still not been added to my account and I did clock redeem in my rewards section.

 
Got an email saying my ticket was closed to have another email follow right after from a different Rewards member asking for the exact same info I just provided. Probably gonna get banned as I asked if it was gonna be a roundabout over this
 
Looks like they nerfed the points? I only get 3 per search now, so 90 for computer and 60 for phone. What a load

 
Still stuck at 13 for the Badlands promotion. I've contacted Microsoft twice and they've failed to act. I'm not getting that free three months of Game Pass, am I?

 
There are some new punch cards available on the Xbox Bing app.  Two for just cause 4, a survey and quick movie clips. Also, the 30% discount is still going for xbox credit.

 
Just noticed they removed the option for purchasing a 12 month Xbox Live sub. There are only the 1 or 3 months available. Hope it isn't gone for good. 

 
Damnit, knew I shouldn't have waited. Saw the "Hot Deal" lasted though 01/15/2019 and figured I'd wait till after the holiday rush tto deal with it.

I agree, hopefully it's not gone for good. This might just be a "while supplies last" thing.

Usually 16,000 points, we’re taking 20 percent off for a limited time or while supplies last.

Im assuming they ran out of how many they planned on giving out.  Im sure they will be back.

 
Not sure if its just for me because I never subbed to Xbox Game pass but there was just a hot deal where a 3 month xbox game pass sub was free.

 
Badlands glitched for me at 19 of 20. Contacted MS support on 12/6 ... Product Group still "investigating", despite me providing screenshots. Seems they are just trying to wait me out.
