Oh, then no. :lol:

I played GH:A for about 10 minutes. Listening is bad enough. Playing it is like torture.
 
Meijer was the place to get a guitar controller. My sister-in-law brought me 4 wireless Les Pauls from Michigan when they were $10 each a couple months ago.

None in the Twin Cities.

I'd bet the closest Meijier is in suburban Chicago.
 
Inver Grove Heights Best Buy has a bin of clearance games, the floor bin furthest rear of the store on the right side.

The highlight is :ps3: Singstar disc-only for $10. There were 3 copies as of 8 PM last night.
 
I was at that very Best Buy on Monday looking thru the clearance bins. I then moved on to the Gamestop down the street and picked up the stage kit for Rock Band.
 
I was at the Toys R Us in Burnsville today. Had Wii Component Cables (Like 5) for $9.98, also had two PS3 Sixaxxis for $15.98. I was pretty tempted by them as I only have one PS3 controller.
 
Has anyone seen Final Fantasy IV for $9.98 at any Targets? They're talking about it in the Target clearance thread.
 
The product locater tool on page one of that thread says they are all out. The only one that said limited availability was Oakdale and there were none to be found yesterday. Your only chance would be if someone's hidden copy is found or a return is made. Little chance of either.....
 
crystal and brookdale target had some rock band se bundles (ps3)for $70 for those that have missed it elsewhere.

^Man- I knew I shoulda run to the roseville target right away for that soul caliber

prolly its a state wide liquidation. but whenever i go to burnsville ST i never find anything, its almost empty. so i didnt check the one in burnsville. Thanks Davestation, i'm going to wait for manthing first.

He said Stillwater. There is nothing at the Burnsville Super Target. Nothing at all;).
 
I do recall an identical outcome when I alerted the masses that there were 20+ Tiger Woods 09 for $14.98 at a certain Target.

Do you have to be registered to view regional threads?

I guess someone could make $100 selling 20+ games at $5 margin. Sounds like a lot of work to me.

im going to try tomorrow but prolly there will be nothing.

yeah, but if the one in burnsville is always empty, i suppose apple valley is worse. plus its a little far away.
Is any of you going to gamestop this weekend for the sale?
 
From the list, there is nothing for me. I bought God of War Chains of Olympus for PSP used for $13+ online with the CAG16 and Edge and added the newly dropped Peggle for DS for free shipping and to keep me on the good side with my wife. I thought $13 for GoW was awesome and any man who is married will agree $20 is a small price to pay to keep harmony in the home;).

Same here, Valkyria is the only think that interests me from the list that I don't already have. But honestly I'm not even sure I'll like it. Its not really my type of game usually but I've heard nothing but good things. I'm tempted.

I was a Savage this weekend and all they had wasa pile of garbage DS games, 1 copy of Soul Calibur PS3 for $41.xx and 2 copies of Afro Samuri PS3 for $41.xx.

thanks 'no_exit', i guess lakeville is the only choice left, and 'Davestation'.

i played the 'VC' demo and it was great. the animations, the characters, and more importantly, the gameplay were all great.
If you dont like it you can always trade it, or sell it. Im gonna try to get two. so you can sell it to me if i dont get the 2nd, or the first.

I played the demo, and was indifferent to it.

But for $30 in GS credit? I'm all over it.

I live to far away to "check", its at least 45 minutes for me to get there. Next time I am in the area is going to be Monday....I'll check than, but it will probably be gone.

on another note, FYE has 'burnout paradise' for $7.99 (after rebate and members discount). does anyone think its worth it.
 
With all of the free DLC, it's DEFINATELY worth $8.

I got my :ps3: copy for $12 and haven't been dissapointed.

Well, besides the fact it isn't Burnout 3. ;)
 
i got VC from gamestop online, got 2 BTW. total was $67. You should try getting it online if you dont find any at your local store.
 
Target Forest Lake had Farcry 2 and Tiger Woods 09 on the clearance rack. But Prices were NOT very good (FC2 $28, TW09 $42) Something to watch.
 
Just to let you guys know if you're looking for clearance deals the new Target in Apple Valley (160th and Pilot Knob) is not a good place to check. I've been there a few times and never found any good clearance deals. Only thing I've seen was Abba Singstar.

LOL, I'm honestly not saying that so I can have all the deals to myself. Its probably because its a new store that it doesn't have much clearance but seriously, selection has been terrible each time I've gone there in search of deals.
 
I hear ya. I don't want all the deals to myself either, just want a deal. If you follow the Target thread, you know right now we need to wait a bit for some good drops especially for 360. I just know someone will "pick the fruit" before it ripens. The fact I mentioned it at all probably seals the deal. I already got my PS3 copies so have at it lurkers!:lol:

If you're lucky enough to find Mirror's Edge after the next drop and can score an extra copy, I'd be happy to pay you for it/give you a few bucks for your troubles.
 
Drove around the cities on Monday and could not find any Soul Calibur IV's out there. I did however, cash in my Super America rewards for a $25 Gamestop Giftcard. Coming from Arizona it is nice to see a gas station offer incentives for going to there stores. I also drove to Eau Claire on Monday as well and that Target had Far Cry 2 (360) for $19.98. Don't know if its worth the drive for anyone, I forgot formula in the cities and Eau Claire is about the same distance for me to drive to. Wife also wanted Sonic so it worked out....

There is a listing on craigslist for a streetfighter 15th anniversary edition arcade stick with ps2 to ps3 adapter for 60 bucks. Not positive but I believe that is a really good price. I think these go for over a 100 on ebay. Just in case anyone was interested.
