:D:applause: Was thinking the same. Anyone know if Undertaker is in the audience again?

Just look for the guy with the purple gloves. ;)
Sick first round. Loved the leg sweep by Brock. Brock's holding his own. I hope he has enough energy though.
Yeah, that was a neat leg sweep.

Lesnar is strong. [/obvious]

Lesnar looks more winded than Couture...

OMFG!!!! Unbelievable!

Edit:
It was the right to the temple that won the fight for him. Congrats Brock!

What a retarded ref. He should have stopped the fight the minute Lesnar started pounding like a gorilla on Randy. He could have killed him there.
Lesnar went apeshit crazy with the hammerfists at the end. Madness.
Absolutely. Now I want to know who doubted him (Lesnar). That was awesome. They were both fairly even, though Lesnar's body is just mammoth. He can only get better from here.

Now who the hell does Lesnar fight now? Only person I can think of is if UFC pulls in Fedor.

I want to rewatch that match now!!!

People were biased against Lesner because he got famous in the WWE instead of being an MMA guy from the start. I'm dreading his next loss because of the inevitable chorus of, "He's been exposed!!!1!".

Poor Brock. He looked and sounded very nervous after the fight.

"God bless... *points to sky*... him"

"Right on the button." - Rogan, after a crotch kick

If Lesnar can get rid of that slight stutter/hesitation he presented tonight, than I really think he'll be unstoppable for several fights to come. I can only think of Fedor who would make Lesnar an underdog now.

I think Lesnar will review tonight's fight and make a note about his hesitation after he landed the elbow strike. The fight could have been over a lot sooner if he became aggressive after that hit.

After hearing Fedor millions of times in the stream chats tonight, i decided to throw his name up on youtube. Holy hell that guy is a beast. I don't really follow MMA at all, but I do like watching it when I get the chance. I think Lesnar winning definatley got me interested in it a lot more.

I think Lesnar's presence will draw more people to UFC. That is, until he loses. :whistle2:#

Fedor is considered the best heavyweight fighter for a reason. I think his fight against Fujita was exciting. His fight against CroCop was probably the most intelligent I've seen him. Then there's his first fight with Nog...

Those people can go fuck themselves. If they don't believe Lesnar is for real at this point, they're just denying reality. Every time he fights, we see something more. We do need to see how he does when he's put on his back still, but other than that he seems to be pretty solid all around. I thought for sure Randy was going to KO him once they started trading in the second round. Brock's punching was shockingly competent.

Dude needs to work on his cardio, but other than that, he is going to be damn hard to beat.

Ever heard of Big 'Nog? AKA the interim champ who just got dissed.

Stayed tuned, I can all but guarantee a 'Nog win after he puts a clinic on Mir.

You really thought Randy had the power to KO Lesnar?

eh 7-2 not bad.
i think for future picks i will always pick against gurgel.

awesome that we got to see all the fights i cant remember that happening before.

Darn, you see the first time people going for Randy in a battle and wasn't particular underdog lost. Oh well, Nog will get him for sure. He has tremendous size/power as well as athletiscism, but Big Nog has heart. Lesnar is going to need a full arsenal to mess up Nog. Anyways, my pick of the night with Florian was great. He is one of my favorite fighters because the transition he keep on making to make his game better. Next up is BJ Penn, I hope Ken Flo is ready, he'll need to move to the next level. No more contender bull crap. Anyways, BJ Penn vs. GSP is going to be destructive. With that in mind, GO GSP!!!!

I too think Lesnar has only a puncher's chance to beat Nog. Nog simply outclasses Lesnar. I predict a Nog win by submission.

UFC 92 is going to be fun. Go Forrest!

Yes, I've heard of Nog, a.k.a. Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira. That said, I still feel that he won't be able to defeat Lesnar. I think he's going to run into the same problem that Couture ran into last night; Lesnar's just too damn big and strong. Compliment that with his amazing wrestling skills/slugging/boxing, and it'll be a tough fight. I think that Lesnar can only improve from here, and as long as he develops counters to submissions and a ground game, he'll be great.
You really thought Randy had the power to KO Lesnar?
I thought Couture might have been able to get Lesnar to submit, but not to overpower Lesnar.
Damn I'm shock that Randy lost.

But UFC 94 GSP VS. BJ PENN is going to be sick!
Hell ya. I love watching Penn fight. I actually think he will beat GSP.

He's 3-4 in the UFC. Lost 3 of his last 4 including a submission loss to Cole Miller. Gurgel is supposed to possess top level jiu-jistu. Seriously? This is a safe bet if he even has another shot.

watching the fight i was impressed with both couture and lesnar.

Randy did a good job keeping lesnar against the fence, getting up after lesnar's take down, almost taking his back, etc.

Sadly Couture really started to show his age. He looked so much larger when he went agianst gonzaga and big timmy.

Brock also impressed me by not running all gung-ho after him and getting caught like with the Mir fight. He had a plan and stuck to it.

I'll be much more curious to see how Brock does against someone along the lines of Nog or Mir again for the matter.

Nog has an awesome chin and has never been ko's or tko'd.

Mir subbed Brock before and could do it again.

Wrong again (Couture vs. Lesnar). GSP will take this fight.

GSP and BJ Penn are two of my favorite fighters, this fight is going to be epic!

UFC 92 is a must buy too. Rampage vs. The Ax Murder III!

Did you see the first two? I think it's kinda sad that Rampage and Silva are fighting a third time, considering how the first two went. I think UFC should just skip ahead to UFC 94 :)

i like rampage. too bad there arent ropes for wandy to knock him through again.
that said rampage is better than he was then, it should be a good fight like any fight wandy is in.

you know the gsp/penn fight is IMO the most instersting fight in atleast a year.
there are so many ways it could play out. a group of us at work were talking about it yesterday
and i was suprised by how many of them thought penn would get owned on the feet.
Both those guys are straight up fucking awesome fighters, I cant wait to see it.

Even though I really like GSP a lot as well, I cannot root for him. Penn has been one of my favorite fighters since I started watching MMA 4-5 years back. I hope Penn can win since he would then hold 2 belts at the same time. I also hope for a 5 round brawl.
