The reason why I ask people to do things is because it's only for their benefit. If I ask people to start noob tubing a bomb site, it's because they'll get kills. If I ask them to get to a point, it's because we need to do these things to win. The rules for playing are really simple, you don't want to ruin your teammates who are on killstreaks by getting them killed, especially if they're just rocking the enemy team and coming up with a stupid amount of kills.
While I am harsh, I work in the heat all day. I sweat, I get absolutely filthy and I've been blessed with the regular CAG members who can just kick ass and follow direction. People I direct comments to know who they are, I don't have to name them but at the same time, they know what they did, just not necessarily the effect that it has. The truth is we all get fed up, Kaiser will have his moments, Nokill had plenty of his own and it takes an obscene amount of it for me to hit the limit. I have to literally lose every single match during game night with a full party of CAGs to start getting upset. Losing the match isn't so bad, it's how we lose it and how we keep on making that same mistake and losing more matches without recognizing our failures or making any efforts to correct them. The definition of insanity is making the same thing over and over again while expecting different results.
I tell evil to slow down and he starts going positive in kills. I tell Kaiser to bomb the back of a map, he gets multi kills with his stealth bomber. If I don't tell anybody anything, we lose matches. We don't really have dedicated anti-air people, but when we do, they're on top of everything and we usually win. What exactly do you want me to do? How do you want me to organize 8 other people and make them work together without taking charge and being that person who barks as necessary but as little possible? I don't curse out my teammates, I get frustrated, I get disappointed but I also don't want to correct them infront of the opposing team since that's the real asshole move right there.
Play with us before you think you know me, because I can guarantee you don't. I know people have long days and then hop on at night, not everybody can be caffeinated fresh, but having a checklist of things not to do somewhat in the back of your mind will influence your decisions that you make in the game, usually for the better. It's not like these are things that I don't do or haven't learned, if you need a demonstration, I'll gladly fire unsilenced weapons over your position in a game of TDM and see how long you live with me doing that all the time.
I'm not saying I "know" you, and I haven't got the chance to play with you but I can see on this forum alone that you are a bit too controlling IMO. It's pretty obvious that most of the guys here are willing to take it from you and let you be the Commander, but I'm not into that. I understand strategy, teamwork, etc., but telling people HOW to play the game and what "rules" would "benefit" the team is a bit too far I personally, believe.
And as for telling people where to go or where to aim bombers, fine. That's all good, that's in the area of actually helping but telling people not to play a certain way crosses the line. If I want to run around with an unsilenced weapon, then let me (I don't, but I am sure many people do). Don't be telling people what to do and what not to do.
People DO have different play styles you know, and just because some players like to use silencers/snipe/camp/go for objectives/whatever and others don't, you don't need to tell the people what to do.
All in all its all good for the most part. I'm not saying your a douche or anything, I can't pass judgement on that yet, just saying that you seem a little controlling. Everyone likes to play the General role sometimes, but its gotta have a limit.
And now that everyone knows my PSN ID, I don't think that should be a problem.
