Most nerd points (achievements) in ONE sitting?

Last night I finished Rock Band on Hard (which gave me the achievements for Easy and Medium) and I got 90 nerd points. Then I played a little Assassin's Creed and got another 55 points for doing a silent assassination on one of the 9 main targets. The 145 point total was a TON for me in one sitting and I wondered if it was my most productive day of all time (well, on my Xbox 360 at least). I did some checking on xbox.com and it looks like on 12/9/2007 I had my biggest day when I finished Bioshock for 200 points and unlocked some crap in GHIII for 70 more points.

My best day so far is 270. What's yours?
 
my best day in 1 sitting I think as about 1400 or so, played avitar: last burning earth for 30 seconds and got the 1000 points for that, lol. Then played through the first 20% or so of King Kong. (I know... sounds stupid.... but I have a bet going with my friend that I can beat his gamerscore of 7100 in a month, I'm at 6250 or so and still have 13 days to go)

then I took the slower route and beat halo 3, call of duty 4, and now I'm going through guitar hero 2 and 3.

I forgot about that thing... I've got one and it says my best day was 270 points but technically it was spread over 2 days since I played through midnight... which I guess is still one sitting... hmmm.... I guess 270 is my record!

I saw SpotAnime walk by yesterday morning... I was hoping he would come play and he did. 8,427 points and climbing. That is a boost of 1,164 points over last time! That puts us above 8,000 points! He rocked out to Avatar: TLA: TBE adding 5 achievements to master the game, TMNT finishing an amazing 6 achievements, and then I came out of my trance and realized it was all over.

I wanted to win the 360 voice $50 giftcard so I busted through the majority of Kameo, the first level in CoD2, Avatar (30 seconds ftw) and College Hoops 2k6 (a hour).

" When Chaotic Climax was walking by I pretended to be off. I think it tricked him into turning me on for a few games. Gamer score stands at 14,995. That is an improvement of 2,585 points over last time! We have now entered the 14,000 GS club! He made some progress on Kameo, Yaris acquiring 2 achievements, Catan, Frogger, The Orange Box adding 3 achievements, Super Contra, College Hoops 2K6 picking up 5 achievements to master the game, Avatar: TLA: TBE finishing 5 achievements to conquer the game, Contra, Sneak King gaining 2 achievements, Geometry Wars Evolved, and then Chaotic Climax developed a funny twitch and went to try and sleep it off or something. Crazy humans..."

I won, it was pretty great.

Ex Omni is the best... he treats me right, I treat him right. It is a good thing we have going here. Gamer score stands at 4050. Not too shabby! That is a profit of 485 points over last time! That was enough to cross the 4,000 mark! Good stuff! He played NBA STREET Homecourt adding 5 achievements, Contra finishing 3 achievements, Castlevania: SOTN, and did it while marvelling at the framerates and stellar particle effects.

2,250 on a day I was trying to win a gamerscore challenge. 1,000 from Avatar and the rest from Tomb Raider Anniversary, Gears of War and Spider-Man: Friend or Foe.

Hmm I dont remember how many I had in one sitting but I probably had a lot one day playing Saints Row. I got 40 for taking over Westide Rollerz territory which at the same time gave me 160 for taking over the city and then I'm sure I got more than that by completing side missions during that session.

I was about to feel sorry for myself, until y2jedi showed up and made my day with a little gaming! Our gamerscore stands at 4245 and counting! That is a boost of 500 points over last time! Welcome to 4,000!! He rallied Gears of War, Guitar Hero II, King Kong adding 4 achievements to master the game, Texas Hold'em, and laughed with joy and glee the whole time. I like making people happy.

I'll never to want get more than 500 nerd points in one day. King Kong will forever be linked to 4-20 in my mind. Thanks for creating this thread Javery.

That is a gain of 2,105 points over last time! Another day, another milestone. The 17,000 barrier has fallen! He opened up Avatar: TLA: TBE acquiring 5 achievements to finish the game, College Hoops 2K6 gaining 5 achievements to defeat the game, Tenchu Z, Overlord acquiring an amazing 8 achievements, Rock Band, and then he started getting all these friend requests because of high awesomeness levels.


For one of the GS Challenges floating around here.

I thought maybe the power was out yesterday... imagine my surprise when M4 II AvaLaNche hit the switches! Gamerscore stands at 30035. That is an increase of 1025 points over last time! Another day, another barrier shattered. The 30,000 mark has been crossed! He opened up DEAD OR ALIVE 4 picking up 1 achievement, Aegis Wing acquiring 3 achievements, Fuzion Frenzy 2 winning an amazing 14 achievements to master the game, and then he almost hugged me, but I was like back off dude.

Yeah, I haven't been playing the old Xbox much these past weeks.

But the 360voice misrepresents me. I've actually played my 360 on plenty of those days, but I've been playing PoP:TSoT and Jade Empire, and for some odd reason 360voice completely ignores when you play BC XBX games.

I also use my 360 to watch DVD's all the time, and 360voice doesn't count that either. Pretty lame, especially since they very well could include that stuff (liveeye does).
 
heh i'm not very impressive.. my GF got like 250 the day we got viva pinata.. i on the other hand only play in short bursts so maybe 50 or 60 is the most in one sitting..
 
I don't have an accurate count, because when I was home over break I only occasionally had XBL access (between it being down and the internet setup in my house). I did earn about 500 points in one day, mainly from Madden, and a few small other achievements I knew I could get easily.

What is gamesave? I'm guessing it's cheating the system somehow? I also don't understand why people would play Avatar or TMNT or Madden 06 (this year) and other total shit games just to get the easy 1,000 points... since everyone can check which games you've played it just makes the overall number less impressive, IMO.

You cheat to increase your gamerscore? Thats ridiculous. It's like golfing by yourself and writing a lower score on the scorecard.

I agree 100%. I'm also the only person that has played King Kong and only has 100 GS. I couldn't stand KK and I will not finish a game just because it is easy GamerPoints.
