I was looking for eBay gift cards etc on eBay and came across a lot of those bogus listings where someone just emails the buyer a link to some "secret" website. I did a google search and this site is likely Mr. Rebates. this site provides huge cash back for eBay purchases, much higher than Bing (and better when Bing was higher).

I just wanted to know if any CAGs here have used this site before or any other cb program beside Bing for eBay and their comments about the program.

Yes.

I just recently signed up for it, and have started using it. It is just 3%, however, I have successfully stacked it with Bing Cashback to get 11% back. It works on all winning bids and BINs placed through their link. In my experience it has taken about 1-3 days for the cashback confirmation email from Mr.Rebates, and then you have to wait 90 days for the cashback to clear. You get a $5 bonus just for signing up. You need at least $10 to cash out.

Combining cash back is a good tip. I've never tried it but I'll check it out next time. Usually I wait to get at least 8% cash back from bing. Big crumbs offers cash back in the 30% range. I usually compare them all on cashreporter dot com
