My car is 200,000 miles old today

my wonderful chariot of love at the moment has only two weeks, two pegs in the front, a gyro, and a dirty frame... and about 400-500 miles on it :p
Yay!

My adored Subaru Forester (don't even bother with the stereotype remark about women who drive Subarus... it isn't applicable here =P ) purchased brand new October of 1997 turned 200,000 miles old today. I've put every stinking mile on that car myself.

Because I never pull it into the garage, it's paint has suffered more than it's fair share. The interior has carpeting has been abused by my habit of leaving windows cracked for fresh air, and forgetting to put them up during rainstorms. And because a vandal came and smashed my rear window a year or so ago, I have a rear window without tinting while all the other windows are darker. Above the rear window is an indent which could be construed for a gunshot. So nowadays it looks completely disreputable, but I love it, and almost always take it out instead of the Prius.

Of course, just a mile or two after 200,000 the Check Engine light came on, but I chalk that up to the sense of humor Providence exhibits.

Okay. Tell me about your wonderful charriot of love.
Congrats, Mine was 90 GMC 1500 with a 350 and 36 gallon gas tank. Unfortunately when it hit 115,XXX miles the odometer stopped counting. I estimate i kept it for another 100,000 miles till i stepped up to my baby 2003 chevy 1500 its almost gonna be 30,000 miles(tears in my eyes)
