That must have been quite a shock to realize it was just a fan made copy. I had something similar happen to me back in the 80s, I went to a really old comics shop and found silver surfer #1. I thought it must be worth a lot so I bought it when I went home I found out that it was actually the first edition annual not the first issue:lol:

I put some links at the bottom of my thread to pictures of two ashcans. I also put some regular comics next to them for size reference ;)
 
enslaved started to really pick up about chapter 4 through the end. after you level your weapons up a bit & get used to the controls, it gets alot better. tbh, i was a little let down after playing just the 1st 2 chapters, but then it got way better & came into it's own after that (i even had a crucial part of the story spoiled for me, and still felt it was worth the playthrough). facial animations are fantastic, in case i haven't mentioned that. let me know what you think when you finish it.

I was busy the last few days and was just able to finally get online today. I was going through all the stuff in my PC closet and I found a whole bunch of those ashcan comics. I thought I used to have more, It's amazing what you come across when you remove everything from a room:lol:

I have a whole ton of 70s comics called master of kun Fu. Would you guys be interested in them. I'm about to eBay them.

I traded/sold all my old comics that were worth anything years ago except for a few series I liked. Oldest thing I have left are some Richie Rich comics Mr_Hockey:lol:
