He does not know gender - all names will be considered. The front-runners are Luke and Leia but he is open to anything...

name them thing one and thing three... if someone asks what happened to thing two, say you killed and ate em' for asking to many damn questions.

Please, please, PLEASE don't let him name them anything corny, funny, or less-than-ordinary like Luke and Leia, or any kind of popculture stuff. Give them simple names that work well with the last name (not like Rob Roberts or something) or else they will get made fun of from ages 4 to 20. If he want his kids' childhood to be a living hell, then go ahead.

You do realize there is no way to escape being made fun of, right?

Kids will make fun of your name no matter what it is. And if they can't find something wrong with your name, it will be your teeth. Or your eyes. Your height. Your shoes. Your brother. Your mother. They will find someone and make fun of it. It's called middle school.

That said, if you're going to name your kids something like Luke and Leia, you better hope that they grow up to be geeks like you. If they become Star Wars hating sports jockeys you may have to pay for some therapy.

Just remember, that the name leia whe will bear the rest of her life, and everyone will know she was named after a charecter in a science fiction movie, i would keep it mainstream, or original

I'm a big fan of X's

Dexter (Dex)
Maxwell (Max)
Maximillian (Max)
Alexander (Alex)
Alexandra (Alex)
Dax

Naming your twins with gimmick names is basically a coupon for a free lifetime of wedgies. Give the kids some dignity.

If you use gimmick names keep them subtle unless they are common names....

Girls...

Summer and Autumn (obvious)

Boys...

Patrick and Jonathan (I'll see if anyone guesses where that came from)

Boy and Girl...

I dunno...

You are correct sir! Plus they are common names so no one should give them a hard time about it.

Nice one. Do you want to join the Columbia Record Club? :)

As for the kids... I guess name them the name you always wanted.

That was going to be my suggestion, but I didn't post it right away and now it's been done.
