Wow, i have no idea.

I was going to look at them all and then figure it out, but once you get to the third, you sorta lose focus of what you're thinking about.
 
That was much better than the usual bunch of storm troopers and Batman and Robin.

First one I want to say is Cassie Hack from the comic book Hack Slash or one of the characters from Dead@17. Hope that helps a little.
 
2nd one looks like Bullet Witch or some lameass shit like that. I don't watch shitty anime, so probably 90% of modern cosplayer characters I couldn't name anyway. I only ever recognize comic book characters, like this guy:

The second one was a model for a booth selling steampunk-style costumes and weapons. AFAIK, she's not a pre-existing character.

There were these two chicks walking around both in green MINI skirts. Somebody has to find a pic of them... I was going to get a picture, but I was so damn tired all day - I just wanted to go home. Heh.
 
I'll be damned, at least the comic, anime, and RPG dorks get something right and have hot girls dress up in skimpy outfits to alleviate the nerd-dom infesting the air at these gatherings.
