Need a list of Great PS2 Exclusive Games

Okay I just received a PS2 for Christmas and I want to know what are the great inexpensive Exclusive titles for it... I already have an Xbox so any games that are on both I probably already bought or know about.

if you like rpgs, then go with Kingdom Hearts. well if you like rpgs in general, then this is your system. i can't think of any more low budget great games right now.

edit: forgot about ratchet and clank and jak. the 1st 2 in both of those series should run you about 30 for each set; theres bound to be a 2 for 30 GH sale again in the near future.
 
get the first 2 Ratchet and Clank games. They are both Greatest Hits and cheap. After you play them, get the third one. Great series.

TRU has 2 for 30 on all games priced $19.99! You can get Jak/Jak 2 and Ratchet/Going Commando for 60 bucks total. And its not just GH, so you can get Katamari Damacy and such for $15 each, too.

Rats, I thought I'd have something to add, but by the end most of the games I thought of were mentioned...

Still, Sly Cooper and Sly 2: Band of Thieves deserve repeating, Klonoa 2 as well... the .hack games are amusing (but you might be tired of the plotline by now, that was more of a "pick it up as it was just coming out" thing), and if you like Light Gun games at all, the Time Crisis series has always been improved for the PS2 versions (they even changed how Crisis Zone's gun works significantly). Kingdom Hearts is both a great RPG and a real nostalgia trip if you were ever a Disney fan in your life...

Let's see... you can find Silpheed: The Lost Planet rather cheap ($9 or less, often); for a casual arcade-style shooter, it's good. And I've heard great things about R-Type Final.

it has a lot of slowdown though, and the PS2 version also has stakeboarding
 
The skateboarding is a PS2 exclusive feature? Sweet!

Didn't know about the slowdown - I thought Xbox is supposed to have more raw horsepower than the PS2, since most games that come out on both systems usually have better graphics on the Xbox.

Space Channel 5 isn't exclusive. I had it for my Dreamcast far before it came out for PS2. Anyway, those are all good games.
 
MGS2 was a sloppy port for the XB thats why. get the PS2 version. Also Need for Speed:Hot Pursuit and SSX3 are better on PS2 (as are all the SSX games.) Space channel 5 may not be an exclusive but it's not being made for DC anymore.
