NEW CAG NBA 2K7 league. Start playing some games.

Will try to get my second one in tonight (EST time, 8/9ish). Will be sittin' in the lobby if anyone shows up. If I don't answer right away just hang in there, I may be away for a moment. I'll keep an eye on it though.

Exactly what I was thinking... my friend and I just tried to play 3 games, each time 20 secs in in says REPORTING GAME RESULTS...?

And yeah I tried logging in the lobby around 20 times and couldn't get in... hopefully 2 people will be on Sunday
 
please push it back cuz i'm going home for the weekend and wasn't planning on taking my 360 (but I will if we aren't gonna push it back) :) other league maybe too?
 
Side note/possibly related - what's it take to get a trade through? Got a nasty surprise when I still had my original team and got my butt whooped by the Hornets.

you mean an online trade within a leauge? or a trade in like season or association mode?

for online trading, the admin must approve the trade after the offer is accepted

for trading in season and association mode, make sure the "interest bar" is almost all the way full or they will decline the offer or counter offer (most of the time they just decline the offer)

I think it's a lot of fun, but to not have it on by now, is a huge error/mistake
 
if you guys have ever had a 2k sports game before, then you'll know that they are actually working on fixing their shit right now...probably on the reversing of scores (W/L records, etc.) and maybe the drafting via PC as well...idk exactlly but i think that's what's causing the problem with the lobbies...2k is one of the few companies that actually listens to complaints etc etc...the only other company that i can remember that does things like that is Epic Games

i had 2k6 for xbox 1, and it played smooth but idk about it being "smoother than 2k7"...and i only heard that complaint from one guy anyway...he probably has a problem with his connection or the other person's connection anyway...2k7 plays smooth on my 360 for me at least...

and yea, 2k6 is still playable online (unlike EA games, 2k keeps the servers for their older games)

I love 2k sports and have bought pretty much every single one of their games since the original 2k. I took a little poke at them because it really is unacceptable to have your game's online portion down for this long.
 
yea, i'm anxious too, but meh...there are plenty of other things to play while i wait for the leagues to get back up to speed :)

association is pretty fun too...plus you can play regular lobbby matches still
 
I was trying to check out the my schedule over the weekend and could not ever sign into the league. Unfortunetly I was unable to play any games this week and I just got my xbox back on Friday from repairs.

If they have the leagues in order this evening and anyone would like to play a game tonight send me a PM or a message on XBL. I would be available to play at 10:30pm cst to about 11:30pm cst.

Guys I hate to do this to you, but because of a whole bunch of unexpected stuff until the end of the school year (at least the end of the time of the league) I'm at least going to have to dropout of one of these 2k7 leagues... If you need more info pm, and I know it takes a lot to admin these leagues, but I really didn't know I would have to do all of the things I have to this year.

I'll try and play some on the weekends, as I can only get in about 15 mins on weekdays now

playing on weekends is fine..i play on weekends almost exclusively

Great games yesterday. Came out with a split at 2-2. Some really close nail biters and then the arse kicking by Y2J! Watch out for the Spurs!

Might be trying to get in one more tonight and/or tomorrow night for this week.
 
Me and Memphisgunna tried to play a game today and it wouldnt let us connect to each other. We also tried playing a game of Madden and it still had the same problems.
 
well my 360 is dead now. Not sure how long this process takes, but I will call microsoft tomorrow and get my coffin sent out ASAP.

Let me know if you are available on Wednesday evening and we can get a game in. I get home from work around 6pmcst and usually can start playing at around 730pmcst.
