I almost want to get every magazine, just because there are well over 200 codes to be used just on the codes we've cracked thus far. Shame the magazines aren't more broad in subject matter.

Tell me about it. I mean the offer is from Gamestop, so you'd at least think they'd have, i dont know, GAMING MAGAZINES! Wtf is with them all being women mags?

Hmm...you make a good point.

However, I still wouldn't get too attached. Print is dead, and magazines like Maxim, which provide no new/real content, are going to fall in line eventually.

Maxim has been running the same stories for the past few years and practically doubled their ad content.
 
K I'm asking... damnit! This whole AC2 thing is driving me mad that I don't have a GI subscription, but I don't want to pay 15 bucks at the moment.

Any free subscriptions for Game Informer? =)

Nope. And considering Gamestop's death grip on that magazine (and the fact that it's about the only game magazine still surviving) I doubt you'll ever see free subs.

you get three mags of your choice for a lil bit of money a month i dont know if its a great deal or any thing but it does have official xbox mag pc gamer and you can request them to start carring any mag you want that they do not have oh and you can change what mags you get if you desire ............like i said not sure if its great or any thing just trying to help fellow gamers
 
If you can find 3 monthlies you want it's about $1.65 for each issue. Not too bad. Adding a weekly like Time only costs an additional .75. Seems like a pretty good deal.

BTW, I don't think Xbox mag comes with the disc.

These still seem to be working, it let me just put through Esquire, though we'll see in a week or so if it actually will subscribe or not.

I just tried a code the other day, not one of the codes listed though. Had to fiddle around with a few letters but I eventually got it working. Now just waiting to see if its legit :)

I had to mess around with the 1st and last 2 digits and was able to order Cosmo, Maire Clare, Oprah mag, and Good Housekeeping for family members last night. Got email confirmation on all 4 now its just the wait the 4-6 weeks and see. Worth the shot.

If you look a few pages back, I broke down the algorithm they used to come up with those codes. You should be able to get a TON of codes out of it. If they haven't already been used...

That's the word I was looking for!

Were you talking about whether we had got them? Or were you asking if the links still worked?

It wasn't supposed to have been an active/usable link as far back as a few weeks ago, but I think people were still able to hit it as of last week? Regardless, it's still too early to see if they'll actually deliver.

The link still works for me, but I was wondering if any codes still work. I tried some but no luck.

I beleive I recieved a Redbook in the mail if thats what ur askin.

I had a few codes go through tonight actually. I ordered 6-7 magazines.

I know the order I placed in Jan. started coming in beginning of March. So, I expect these (if they still work) to come in June or July.

All those codes we're already used that you had posted. But thanks I did use the algorithm break down you posted to create my own codes.
