New Rainbow 6 Vegas download?

Ive been hearing a lot of rumours over XBL about a new pack for RB6 Vegas coming out called the blue edition. People are saying it'll include two new ranks, new weapons and maybe even new clothing to customize your character, but, has anyone heard anything official about it?

These downloads were rumored for the Red Pack then the Black Pack was rumored to be this pack but it was just a map pack. I'll believe these new goodies when I see them but UbiSoft's newfound generosity and the fact that they're just map packs make me wonder if we will see a new "features" pack.

I've been hearing that rumor since Febuary - March and since 2 map packs with no new ranks & weapons. I've heard M16 and all kinds of crap.

i stumbled upon a thread on the official vegas message boards and apparently they have no plans to bring in the m16 or any other colt manufactured weapons.
