I'm considering buying a computer, and this deal would help. Would anyone recommend/recommend against this setup:

I'd be buying a graphics card as well, and possibly a power supply as I'm sure the stock one won't support a powerful graphics card.

Also, could someone tell me which 9XXX line Nvidia card is on par with the 8800GT? Or should I just go for an 8800gt? Thanks for the help in advance
 
It says "Today only, while funds last". How do we know the funds didn't run out at 12:02am? How big is the fund - $10, $10000, $1000000?

I was just going to make a purchase this week on Newegg for a HDD
this is my first time using cashback and it seems to be successful so far

Congratulations to all who got in, The only thing I bit on was a 750 hdd @ 60 shipped with the discount. I ended up working all day and couldn't decide if I needed anything else.
 
Yeah, I would have gone with this site. Oh well. I just found a 15% off Dell coupon for electronics. I'll have to use that to get a 360 Arcade Bundle for Christmas. Code for Dell is ?3WZ2B199QH53J and is good through 12/19.

I just came to this thread to see if anybody has been refunded yet, but nothing. I do remember readiing that they are supposed to refund by today. So, we might have to wait the day out.

Odd. I wonder if they changed the terms secretly. Two us reading the same thing couldn't have been a coincidence.

I was checking to see if anyone had caught the refund yet, not looking promising. Like some of the people above I read that it was supposed to be refunded by today.
 
Word. I received my $50.00 today. Bought a new desktop for my folks. That plus another 15 bucks from Microsoft Cashback helped make this already nice deal even nicer. So, thank you to the topic starter.
