I wanted a 3DS because the library is finally awesome enough to justify it and so I could retire my original white DSL (nothing wrong with it, but I figure it deserves a rest). There are still tons of DS games I have to play but most look awful on the XL's screens... if the regular 3DS went on sale, I probably would have gotten that instead.

There was the Luigi Mansion Bundle 3DS for $149.99. The only place I can find it for the price now is ToysRUs
