Nintendo E3 Conference Discussion - Controller Speaker - Always On - Yoshi's Island 2

wow that was boring, he was just reading off marketing text. Nice move nintendo. Forcing people to get a seperate version so they will buy the Wii.

red steel might be the only decent game coming out due to appropriate use of the control scheme. minus the gangster style...

I wouldn't be surprised if, closer to the Wii, they just scrapped the one for the Cube altogether.

It's gone from "It will definately be only on Gamecube"

to "There won't be any revolution specfic features... we pushed it back to add more dungeons"

to "Ok, ok... there is Revoultion specific features in it"

to "Ok, now there are two completely different version of the game, one for Cube, one for Wii"

What's the next step?

"Sadly, the market wasn't there for a Gamecube version, so its been cancelled... buy it on the Wii instead!"
 
2D Zelda, finally something worth getting interested about. I'll finally get a game to play on my DS lite besides castlevania
 
I don't see it on Joystiq yet, but is Yoshi's Island 2 DS bound? Because awesome if it is, because Yoshi's Touch and Go was a good indicator of how awesome it would be.

All in all, 100 new games for DS from now until end of calendar year 2006, including Mario Hoops 3 on 3, Starfox DS, Diddy Kong Racing, Final Fantasy III, Yoshi 2, Elite Beat Agents (multiplayer multi-rhythm, Pokemon Myster Dungeon, Diddy Kong Racing, Big Brain Academy, Mario vs. DK: March of the Minis.

Is there going to be any talk of the GBA at this conference, or did Nintendo forget about that too?

You at least think they'd show off FF 5 and 6.
