I’m thinking the same thing. Did pick up the shmup mentioned above.

Leaning towards Tiny Barbarian since I have Ikaruga on a bunch of platforms already.

None of the Harvest Moons as of Lost Valley have been Harvet Moon. Buy Story of Seasons, which is what you know of as Harvest Moon.

It is not worth playing solo. I tried it controlling 2 characters at once, and it's really hard. It's more manageable with 2-4 people.

So, no $60 Mega Man 30 Anniversary Bundle for the Switch? There were multiple websites saying this was available across all platforms, yet I only see it on PS4 and XB1. I returned my physical pre-order, because I thought this was available on the eShop. Any idea of when this will be available? Seems like a really good deal for the money, even though I already have the US digital version of Legacy Collection 2, and the Japanese digital version of X Anniversary Collection 2.

Probably not for a while since the first MML games only came out this year versus being out a long time on the other systems.

I don't think there will be such a thing. The eShop doesn't have any bundles like that, as they had to just discount the other Bayonetta game to make the pair cost $60 instead of just having a $60 bundle with both games in it.

Not deal related, but the fan in my Switch gets really loud, especially when I have a cart in. YT videos suggest sending it to Nintendo under warranty. Has anyone else experienced this? It’s so loud that I have to turn game volume up at least 25% to barely hear audio.

Mine did that ONCE back when I first got it on release day. I was playing Breath of the Wild, but after that one time, it never happened again. If it were me, I'd send it in. They are SO helpful! Call them and they will even pay for shipping both ways. My whole turn around time was 4 business days and I had it back! I am super impressed with their tech support and would recommend ANYONE with ANY issue at all to at least call!

My issue was with a joy con. I sent it and they sent it right back. It wasn't fixed properly and I called again and they did overnight shipping both ways. Ultimately, they had to replace the joycon and I got a brand new one as a replacement!

I swear up and down you WILL be impressed!

I’ll give them a call, thanks! Sucks to give up my Switch since I’m in the middle of Xenoblade, but the noise is bad.

It does suck man, I understand. But in the end, it is so worth it. Just be very detailed in your explanation. I wasn't detailed enough, which is why they couldn't understand what was wrong, and sent it right back. I had to be so detailed when I sent it again, that I told them where to go in the calibration options and look for themselves. They WERE able to tell after that and just sent a replacement. Tell them exactly which game you're playing and how long before you can play until it starts happening. This is in the written explanation you have to send them with your parcel, not the guys on the phone. The email they will send you is easy to understand, so you shouldn't have any worries!

I am wanting to go all digital for the Switch... I just don't want so many cartridges since now my daughter is old enough to game with me. It is starting to become a hassle switching between cartridges and jumping into Mario Kart with her, so I'm getting Smash Bros. digital.

My question is this:
Do you get the $10 preorder cert with digital titles at Best Buy?
I was gonna get it via the eshop, but would it be better to buy it at Best Buy for the promo?

So you can pre-order digital with Best Buy and get the $10. I did this with fallout 76. But it looks like the digital version of smash is not included. The physical copy is included for the $10.

True, but most digital pre-orders have rarely had discounts. (or discounts in general vs physical)

I could pre-order RDR2 physical, with GCU applying, but the digital version GCU does not. Just tried Spiderman for the PS4, no GCU discount for digital.

As for the $10 bonus, pretty sure thats BB's choice on which ones they will add that to.

Now I have seen on the eShop that some games have had digital savings like 10% on pre-orders. Probably the same on PSN/Xbox but I rarely buy digital myself. Only on a deep sale or it's something I know i'm going to be playing a lot of it. Granted i've purchased more digital for the Switch compared to PSN at this point in it's life. Still have more physical than digital though.

Is the digital version of Smash actually available on the website? I was looking into this the other day but couldn't find it. So it may end up working with the $10 reward once they add it. Or not.

Also, looks like The Division 2 digital version is not $10 reward eligible.
