It's a Classic Castlevania-style game made by Inti Creates. It's only a couple of hours long, but it has a ton of branching paths and different choices throughout that affect the overall game, so it's replay ability is pretty damn high.

Leave it to the people who make the only good Mega Man games to make the only good Castlevania game as well. I had no idea I needed this so badly until I played it.

It's whenever they feel like it. They normally do a decent run of games at once, so don't look for it until many popular items no longer sell for full retail. If your looking for NS titles to reach their players choice line up, don't expect anything anytime soon, especially if the NS keeps moving like it is.

None, sadly, which is my only complaint really. This game would have been amazing in 3D, but I guess doing a version for pretty much every system, meant no extras across the board.

Disappointing for sure, but understandable. It seems like less and less developers make use of the 3D aspect of the system anymore. Still may pick it up to hold me over, though.

Soooooo.......if you preorder the Xbox/PS4 version, the code should print on your receipt. So in theory you could use your code to download the game and then just swap it for the Switch version at the store. Just an idea

I just can't buy a six button fighter on a system with limited decent options to play it. At least BlazBlue the following week works really well on the pro controller.

Still a bit salty over the steel book for Mario kart 8 deluxe switch version. I preordered and got the $10 certificate and coin which is cool and nice, BUT the only way I was told I could get the steel book is to pay $60 for it lol

One store worker told me to buy a second copy of the game and they would give me a free steel book hahaha.

Purely guessing here but it looks like Nintendo has given up on the 3D part of the 3DS and all newer models offered will be 2DS XLs?  A shame since I loved the 3D aspect of the system but I guess I was in the minority.  Also if you didn't like the 3D you could always turn it off.

Purely guessing here but it looks like Nintendo has given up on the 3D part of the 3DS and all newer models offered will be 2DS XLs? A shame since I loved the 3D aspect of the system but I guess I was in the minority. Also if you didn't like the 3D you could always turn it off.

Yeah, I loved the 3D as well, especially once they improved it on the new units. Yeah, the 2DS units are probably the best profit wise, due to not having the "3D" and ages old technology. LOL And there are more than enough 3D units still out in the market for those who may want that feature, and "N" sells refurbs as well, so not surprised the 2DS is now the front runner for the 3DS line up now.

The 2DS XL is really my favorite unit overall, but the lack of 3D is probably why I keep putting off getting one. Sadly, with most 3DS games having multi-console releases at this point, I do find the smaller screen of the standard N3DS to be kind of small for certain titles. I can see the game just fine, but some of the text is really small. But I've had this same situation over the years with some console offerings as well. My TV is 40" which is good most of the time, but I swear, these developers must think we all have 70" TV's, as the text is really just not well thought out in some titles.

 
Old man's journey looks pretty cool. Also, that new Pokemon game looks like it could be awesome! 2 players, and all the original 151 pokemon?!? Hell yeah!
 
I've played a bit of Pokemon Quest and I don't think it's a good Switch game. If you're playing with a Pro controller, almost all of the UI is controlled with a mouse cursor that just feels clunky and poorly designed for a controller. I assume it was designed solely for touchscreen play since it's also a phone game. There's no direct control of the Pokemon in your party outside of pushing the buttons for one of their two attacks, which was not what I was expecting out of a loot game. I was hoping it would be like Pokemon Rumble on the 3DS.

Is there any connectivity between quest and Lets Go? I’m really not interested in it by looks but I’d probably try it if it connected with other Pokémon titles in some way. If not that would be all I needed to skip it lol
 
Man, having a hard time deciding whether or not to preorder Let's Go. A 2-player Pokemon RPG sounds super fun, but I'm 0% interested in the mobile compatibility or accessories or any of that, which seems like a huge feature to justify the price tag.

Also it looks like pokemon in the wild aren't random, they're just... there? And you don't battle them to catch them you just throw poke balls? Super strange.

Then don't pre-order it, wait and see what the consensus on the mash up of elements is. There's zero incentive to pre-order after all and it won't be scarce.

$12 savings is plenty incentive. I'd rather pay $48 for a game I might not want than a full $60 for a game I definitely want. ;)

Sadly it does seem like it. Ever since the introduction of the stable 3D I've been a huge fan of it as well and often opt to keep it on while playing games. It's a very cool touch when done right. It also breathed new life into some of the NES games that were redone in 3D.
