It's December 2004 - Issue 87 and the January 2005 - Issue 88 of Official Playstation Magazine (OPM). On the demos, they have two new SOCOM 2 maps, After Hours and Liberation, respectively.

Added God of War. Not a scratch on it. Played through it and it was amazing. I'd keep it and play through some more, but I really want Brothers in Arms.
