Nope, I don't mean the manual. FFVIII came with another booklet that contained a walkthrough for the beginning of the game. It was meant to encourage people to buy the strategy guide. I took a picture:


I'm guessing it was only included with the earlier printings of the game.
 
Ahh, it says SquareSoft, mines Square Enix pft, of course they wouldnt include it in the GH version >_>

How about prices of those games?

Sorry, but it's not mint. The manual cover is a bit worn and the map is taped together.

Ehr... yeah that sounds like the one I have already. Sorry guess I'll pass as I was basically just looking for a mint/complete copy as a replacement to be a collection piece. Thanks for looking it over though.
 
I don't have either for sale, but I could give some advice for sub-$20 games. Some of my favorites in that price range would be:

  • Shin Shinobi Den
  • Strikers 1945
  • Darius Gaiden
  • Sakura Wars (if you can read Kanji and Kana very well)
  • Grandia
  • Magic Knight Rayearth
  • Nights and Christmas Nights
  • King of fighters or any other SNK fighters (any of them)
  • Capcom fighting games (any of them)
  • Assault suit leynos 2
Those were what I thought of off the top of my head. There are plenty other great games in that price range though.
 
If you know anyone who can fix a broken system, i've got a broken white Japanese Saturn i could sell you for $20 shipped. No cables or pads...just the busted system. i've actually got 4 of them if you like...dunno what's wrong with them, but i believe they haven't been cannibalized at all, so maybe a quick adjustment could get one working.
 
Thanks for the recommendations Circa2113. Assault Suit Leynos 2 looks pretty good. My Japanese isn't that great, so I'm trying to avoid anything too text heavy.

TahoeMax, thanks for the offer, but I'll pass. I don't know much about how to repair consoles.
