Personally I enjoy the SF table out of all the others, but I guess cause I'm a fan of the series. Though in the Pinball FX thread, some people find it cheap. I got to agree though, it is hard to get high scores on it, but somehow I still keep going.

The other tables aren't bad, and you get 5 tables for 800 points. I say 5 cause you get 2 free and the 3 that come with it.

I mean for $12.50 (or whatever is 1000 points) dollars to get 6 tables, I really can't complain. I find myself playing it everyday when I know I don't have much time to play, but still want to do something. I also was like you, bought it cause have had some points (some free as well) for quite some time, and nothing really interested me. Though if I had not had those points for free, I still think I wouldn't mind paying the 1000 points for it.

The community games is the biggest thing that I've been waiting for with the new dashboard

and that would be pretty sweet if SF2HD came out on Wednesday
I see mention of SF II HD coming soon on the Dashboard...and the Premium SF II HD Theme is coming out Nov 19th. Might we actually be expecting it on that date? Would be a bit strange to just have the Theme come out. Then again, there is an UNO theme deck of SF II HD coming out on Dec 10 which is also Wednesday.
Ha ha no worries XD

There's a whole lot more things I'm sure, but marketplace is being real screwy. I do hope that all Premium Themes are 250, so will mark them as so for now. Will not update the OP till I'm positive. I believe there is also a Tomb Raider Premium Theme.

The videos of course as always are free, but I do not know the cost of the new community games. I will come back at a later time to update this. Oh an all links are pretty much dead for now. I will mention when you are able to download directly online through the links.

Edit: Updated
Wow, they are not wasting time.

I want a premium Street Fighter theme though, dang it.
It was supposed to be out today.

Xbox.com is looking slick, I can't wait until I can queue up downloads from my PC. I must download the demo for Keflings from my PC damn it!

Yeah, I'm wondering though, is this thread going to be needed? Once marketplace begins to work on xbox.com, people will be able to check everything there. I mean what I was going to do, was going to include the links for each thing that comes out, so one can go there and download it from their PC.

Just like the last post on page 3 (course as I said links are still dead until they finally fix all the errors marketplace is having) with the prices as before of course.

So let me know.

You wouldn't need to if on Xbox.com it shows "Brand new this week!" or something, the problem is that they don't do that as far as I know... making it a pain to figure out which stuff is new.

If its updated in sync with the marketplace I don't think we will need this thread...maybe we can just turn it into a Marketplace discussion thread. Too soon to tell though, I have a feeling that they'll lag behind just like they've always had.

Well, so far it does look like it is synced. We shall see then. They do have an area that says New Arrivals for now. Though you won't see all of them if it is a lot. I assume they will have a section for new arrivals if you go to the specific content.

I'm kinda disappointed with what they've released so far in the community games section. I thought they were going to have more than 2 games be in there for when NXE was released to the masses

You mean quality wise? I haven't tried any of them, but there are 31 games available. Or did you just mean only 2 of them are worth it.

ah, I hadn't been through the section since NXE was released. Never mind my earlier comment then as I see they opened up the others to be downloaded.

one more thing, will anyone be making a Community Games thread? If they say that they will be throwing out as many games happens, its going to be a bit cluttered to figure out what is actually worth checking out

Sounds like a good idea, then again that is why you have the demos. I can see why one thread would be better than a bunch of separate ones as I can see a lot of different threads for each specific game. One thread for discussion perhaps? I mean I'm all for less clutter.

BTW OP is now updated. There are 13 new NXE Themes. Surprisingly neither one of those thirteen happens to be the Street Fighter one they promised.

I think the community game count is 32. They added Biology Battle. Last post on page 3 has all the items out today and if you go to OP just CTRL + F (11/19)

LP, marketplace is really wonky today. I'm sure they are fixing all the problems so you can start ordering from xbox.com. At times mine works or I get a lot of errors. There are no official announcements about the problem, but it is there

I'd do it but I wouldn't keep it up todate (I'm lazy)

Blow is pretty sweet though, its really simple but its a fun little puzzle game. I'll probably pick it up this weekend

Im really interested in picking up a few community games, are they complete with achievements? Also is there any quality control on these games? Maybe we can get a review thread for them.

And XBL and XBOX.com are both acting up for me, it will not let me load community games, the new themes, or half the marketplace. I keep getting error numbers.
I don't believe the community games have achievements. Here's a link to an old article http://multiplayerblog.mtv.com/2008...-content-allowed-in-xbox-360-community-games/

It says no achievements, but the way they said it, it might be a possibility later on to do so.

Quality control from what I remember is done within the community itself. Those that are available were reviewed by peers if I remember correctly.
Oh thanks thats some nice info. I can just imagine the type of games if achievemeants are possible, such as press 'a' for 200 points. Whats worse is I'm sure people would buy it.

Alright, is this avatar thing a separate feature you need to download? Because I downloaded the new dashboard successfully, but it's telling me I need to update my system in order to edit my avatar. And I can't connect now...

I think that may be because the Avatar creator might be pulling stuff off live on the fly while you use it.

Though Major posted this on his blog, it is not up on Marketplace (at least the xbox.com one) so I guess this is where we will see how often that is updated. Also, I had posted all NXE themes already including that GHWT.

Were also added, though cannot find it on the marketplace on the website. Didn't check through marketplace on xbox, I went through the Star Trek Channel that has the trailer as well. The Theme is not a Premium theme, but it made me realize what some free themes will look like from now on. Basically all the part on the bottom is empty, and the top just has Star Trek and the date it comes out. The other blades just contain the symbol.

Didn't pre-order Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts? Want the original game before Wednesday? Use the link in the quote to download it now.
Alert reader Chris J. just sent this in. Banjo-Kazooie (the original) officially hits Xbox Live Arcade on Wednesday, but it's been available for early download for those who preordered Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts. Actually, it's available for everyone. Even though this is only up on the U.S. marketplace, right now "I've successfully downloaded it using a European account and it plays fine," writes Chris.

If you want it, just go to this URL, plunk down your 1200 Microsoft points, and hit "download to my Xbox." I assume. I've never bought XBL games off the web before. B-K clocks in at 48 MB.

Chris also points out you can get the Call of Duty: World at War add-on that was free if you pre-ordered it too. That's over here. So if raiding XBLA via the web is a pro tip that n00bs like me and others don't know, don't shoot the messenger, I'm just telling you what's available. And if you want either, run go get it before this all gets "fixed."
Someone needs to find the Gold Lancer...and the Flashback Map Pack. Although I have the Flashback Map pack, I'd love the Gold Lancer

They have, there is a thread in the free deals section. The Flashback Map Pack though is not downloadable without the code, unless you want to spend 99999 microsoft points.
I got it. I expect many more exploits like this in the future...like for Prince of Persia. Hint hint.
I don't know, if they really want to I suppose it is possible to make those Free pre-order downloads all 99,999 MS Points. I mean to me it looks like Microsoft knew this would happen, and only chose certain downloads to be either Free or 99,999 so you had no choice but to purchase the correct edition or pre-order if you wanted the "free" content that badly.

Was the gold lancer and theme things like midnight launch? The Flashback Map Pack, Hammerburst, Fable II DLC, Rock Band 2 30 free songs are all 99,999 MS Points. So I think they are choosing wisely which ones to be able to offer truly free and what others to make people buy it new.

So future ones might be truly free for everyone, but keeping the really worthwhile ones I guess to those who purchase the game new.

Gold Lancer was with the LE. For the Theme...I never got a code for a Premium Theme, even though I went to Gamestop.

And I agree it sounds like they counted on this happening, but those Flashback Maps are going to be made for pay someday, no matter what they say.

An early link to queue up the download for the Dead Space demo that's coming tomorrow, though it won't work until the demo's live.
Link no work.

Because when the demo's live, you can queue the download wth that if you're not near your 360. It would be a good thing to link to in the OP for easy access to the stuff in the marketplace.

I got the link and figured it would be useful despite it not working at the moment. You don't need to shit on me when I'm trying to help others.
