I think these are those clearance games mentioned coming in the other TRU ad thread. These prices go into effect Thursday December 22.
EDIT:this is all I got. The new stuff is listed on the top. If anyone else at TRU has anything to add let me know.

EDIT 3:These prices should be good to go Thursday. I checked the other stores markdown lists in my area Saturday and all of them had the 9.98 games. I got a friend's scanner and posted a page from the markdown list. I hope this works.
EDIT 4: Because no CAG wants to pay $5 more than he/she has to, shipwreck took the liberty of putting which games are eligible for $5 rebates on PriceGrabber. For complete info on the rebates check out this thread:

EDIT 6:I found the master list which is essentially the green tag games merged with the 12/22 list. I did find some new games that will be part of the B&M sale on Monday but still no Psychonauts for Xbox.
EDIT 7:Here's the big list. You probably won't find the AO GTA San Andreas they list or most of the games with books
EDIT 8:Okay ignore my old post about Geist, Metroid Prime 2, Bomberman DS and Splinter Cell Chaos Theory not dropping to 9.98. ShinAkuma found out that they will drop to 9.98 on 12/29! Thank you ShinAkuma!!

im thinking i should have gone and tried to prebuy stuff, they had alot of games on the list when i went there before the holidays, but likely nothing now.
 
Anybody know which of these would be worth good trade-in credit? Dynasty Warriors probably and Resident Evil, I know, but any others that would be good for that? Please LMK.

Perhaps, I can afford a memory card and RE4 for my personal use now. I think my wife would like to watch me play.

Just remember before you get too upset at advance buyers, that there have been other people over the course of the previous days and weeks that are buying stuff without any knowledge of a sale. Even those of us buying in advance are noticing plenty of games missing that we want.
 
Are dynasty warriors 5 :Xtreme Legends, and the Digital Devil Saga Deluxe Box Set both the ones that will be $10 tomorrow? If not I'm gonna go back for a price adjustment anyway.

I'll find out tomorrow... but I'd feel better if someone could say yes or no.

Now I just need to weigh the options of picking up games now and probably not being able to take advantage of the coupons or waiting till tomorrow in hopes of games still being there to purchase with the coupons.
 
I don't know why someone here at CAG would do such a stupid thing as posting this on Fatwallet and Slickdeals. What does this do for you? There is no benefit to sharing this with resellers and hoarders. All you did was make it more difficult to get the games you want for yourself and fellow CAG'rs.

Well, if they're part of the FW community, and just occasionally visit CAG, then their first inclination would be to share it with their internet buddies. Same as people on CAG who check out FW once in a while and post stuff here.

Yep, it doesn't exactly take a lot of time to register for this site and browse the forums for deals that will gain you respect over at FW when you post them over there.

This is the exact reason I went out and got the main games I was looking for already. The news of this sale broke way too early for it not to appear on SD and FW before the sale started.
 
Does anyone know if they'll restock these games today or tommorow? I was at my local TRU and got to find three of the games I wanted. Maybe they'll put out more games from the list.
 
I don't know if this has been asked yet, but what time does TRU open? I thought it was at 8 am, but I want to know for sure.

You can use the store locator on their site to be sure, but most are open 8-midnight during the holidays.

Well, other than Cheapy listing RE4, you would still have to register to see the list of games.
 
I can't afford to go out and spend hundreds of dollars to get it price matched later. As a college student I refuse to have a credit card. I can only hope that there is a copy of Psychonauts and Pikimin 2 left as they are what I really want.

I was at TRU today to pick up 2 DS games...the Gamecube games and GBA games have been wiped out...barely anything left. Plenty of Xbox, PS2, and DS left, so I should be able to get those. I don't think I saw anything on the GC list that was still there and most of my wants are on the GC list. :( Maybe I'll drive over to some of the other TRUs in Indy.

some people are complaining about low stock as if this has already happened, are people pre buying and then going to price adjust? does TRU do that?

its ymmv but also keep in mind that this is the Xmas season, so people are buying lots of games regardless of whether or not they are on sale

I was wondering the exact same thing. I was planning on just going tomorrow and not trying the price-adjust, but I think that was a mistake from what I'm reading on here.

I just got in touch with my TRU and apparently they do not price adjust. I practically fell out of the air dry humping when I found that out as it means I still have a chance on this one.

Where's that trading thread at? I'd like to see what other people need.
 
I hid me a Pikmin 2 ticket behind the warranty tickets. Figure if someone goes to the trouble of asking for it with no ticket, they can have it. Also I can make 'em squirm. :D

Plenty of tickets left for Pikmin 2 and Conker. My TRU had nothing (no artwork) for MP4/5, RE4 or pretty much anything else on the list.

I won't be going back until late Thursday, if anyone might like either of these two games, PM me.

And I did buy only one new game in case I have to return it. If it's there again, I'll just buy at the new price and return the 1st at my convienience.
