I think these are those clearance games mentioned coming in the other TRU ad thread. These prices go into effect Thursday December 22.
EDIT:this is all I got. The new stuff is listed on the top. If anyone else at TRU has anything to add let me know.

EDIT 3:These prices should be good to go Thursday. I checked the other stores markdown lists in my area Saturday and all of them had the 9.98 games. I got a friend's scanner and posted a page from the markdown list. I hope this works.
EDIT 4: Because no CAG wants to pay $5 more than he/she has to, shipwreck took the liberty of putting which games are eligible for $5 rebates on PriceGrabber. For complete info on the rebates check out this thread:

EDIT 6:I found the master list which is essentially the green tag games merged with the 12/22 list. I did find some new games that will be part of the B&M sale on Monday but still no Psychonauts for Xbox.

Resident Evil 4 is player's choice and pretty much has the same barcode as nonplayer's choice right? Does this mean that I could go to my local TRU and pick up the player's choice one for 10 bucks?
 
grabbed 3 copies of polarium for 10 bucks from tru at baileys crossroads, got the last copy of cold fear too, nothing else there except ghost in the shell sac for ps2

didnt bother looking through xbox because i dont have one :D

I called and bitched about I didn't manage to get the 25% off $50 like you did... The lady that I got for CSR was kind of like, "Well, gee, this was a TRU item so it really isn't our fault but nobody's! Sorry! Just rebuy it from us at $39.99 each from Target!"
I talked and complained a bit more and I managed to get just a $20 credit code, but when I just looked at the email about it, even this code is kind of jacked up! Check out where I can't use this:

You shouldv'e went for the Amazon Prime trial membership, its pretty sweet. My trial ends this month, was a 4 month trial. Free 2 day shipping rocks - ive prob gotten about 20 things shipped since then. Alot better than having to find fodder to get over $25 for the free shipping. I wouldn't pay $80/yr for it, but definitely $0 for 4 months :cool:
 
They cancelled my RE4 and Tekken 5 but my Bomberman DS and Pirates are in the shipping soon status.

I think they oversold all the games rather than they weren't able to restock at all since I think my entire order would have been cancelled otherwise.
 
just got the same e--mail...damn these bastards i wait over 2 months and they finally send this. i dont care as much for tekken 5, but RE 4 was the game i most wanted..crap

The promotional cert is given by amazon instead of TRU and typically it does not allow you to apply it to purchases from amazon's partner because they only get commission through those purchases.

Anyway, you're lucky to receive a $20 cert. They are more reluctant to give them out nowadays and if they do, it's usually a small one like $5.
 
My Tekken 5 order got cancelled, too, but I was very surprised to get a message later in the day saying that Final Fantasy I&II GBA has shipped, so I'm not that disappointed. I didn't have much hope that I would get either.

I am so bummed over Res Evil 4 though... I was looking forward to playing that one (with the GameCube bundle that I am stalking and hoping soon to get, hehe)

Tekken, Pirates, Silent Hill, and something else were all canceled though :(
 
Did anyone get their RE4 or a non cancelation of it? I got my Star Ocean and RE4 canceled, but i got my Neo Contra which is complete BS.

Also i'm guessing calling them has a better effect then say, an angry e-mail i'm guessing?

I'm sure it does, since it requires more labor hours to deal with you being irate on the phone, whereas email requires simply a CSR to cut n paste a standard "we're not responsible" response.

Just get on the phone and voice your Extreme Discontent... at least you can complain out loud if anything
