EDIT: Now that I look closer .. it appears this a good time to renew my xbox live subscription and trade in my Gameboy Advance. I'm liking these October deals.
 
As a note on the 2 day sale for Metroid Prime -- I noticed that Gamestop has it at $4.99 preowned right now as part of their yellow tag sale.
 
Ok deals... nothing too amazing though.

Was reeeeally hoping for some kind of amazing 19.99 Psychonauts deal though.
 
And tenzor comes through again! I knew he'd come through, could feel a new EB games sale itching up. Had the EB twitch. Need some new games since I've been really going through my backlog of late.

Excellent price for X-Men Legends. I knew it would be $9.99 one of these days. Couldn't get it for $9.99 at BB when they had it on sale for $14.99 (9.99 after PS2 coupon or McD coupon) so this is awesome. I hope that my EB still has one though. And that price for Doom 3 is crazy. Is it for both version? Hopefully.

That DOOM 3 is for the Regular XB version only. If you want the PC version its $29.99, but if your store has a used PC verison its only $12.99.

also the expansion pack is coming out for XB for $29.99 a week before this sale

Wow, that's pretty cool. Hadn't known the expansion was coming to Xbox. I thought that was going to stay as an exclusive for the PC. That kind of sucks that it's only for the regular version on Xbox. I was really, really hoping it was for the LE. I'll probably get it eventually. Not a bad price either on the expansion, but still a bit rich for my CAG blood.

Actually now that I think of it, the paper I was looking at earlier didn't say if it was for the regular version only or both. So there is still a chance the LE might be on sale, and as for the price on the expansion I am sure Frys will have it for $19.99 or so on release day. So I would just get it from there, and the regular doom from EB.
 
X-Men Legends looks awesome! I wish they were doing the Buy 2 get 1 free though. Unless they have all 3 seasons of aqua teen, and something else I want, theres no way I'm biting on that.

Ouch... pretty expensive considering the PC expansion tanked and sells for $10 - $15 at most places.

Do most stores still carry Doom 3 LE? It might be worth trying to price match this ad somewhere to get an LE, since the ad dosen't dictate which version... I'm thinking Circuit City :evil:

Yeah, picked it up for 4.99 @ Target.
 
Does the new Doom 3 expansion contain the original version of doom 3? I never did get around to finishing it. I've had it boorowed from my friend for about a month now and never even played it, i need to give it back. :)
 
I'm gona hope for some better black friday deals. Last year i got Doom 3 PC for 20 Bucks...and it looks better than the xbox version.
 
Aw... No trade in deal for Fire Emblem. Maybe I'll just take 5 games, trade them in towards NBA Live, and switch them a little later...

Man, if only that trade-in deal for the Xbox was closer to the launch of the 360. I would use that, and then only pay $330 for the Premium 360, which wouldn't be so bad.

I guess I'll have to look to try and sell it.

I did read the OP and though these values were in addition to regular trade in values. If $25 trade in credit is all you get total for an SP, I will hold on to mine.

looks like you only get bonus credit for the 3 ps2/xb/gc/psp/gba/ds games and not the system
 
Man, guess I'll just keep my GBA to play GBC games or something (have a DS) because there's no way i'd let my GBA go for only $10
