Any twitch-based games would probably suffer. However, I haven't tried it in a few months so they may have improved the latency of that connection. Give it a try!
I was wondering if switches can cause latency..An HDMI switch would be a better option if you're trying to be able to plug both your 360 and your XB1 into the same TV and only have one HDMI port between the two to work with.

My TV has 3 HDMI slots... the PS4 is never unplugged, and USUALLY the PS3 and 360 are in the other slots, unless there is something on the WII U or XB1 I want to play, which is once every few months.
