Wondering if I should lock in a Halo Like and or CE. They have never been rare or hard to find, but with people going so cray over CEs....

Thx for the update, I checked my order and I got a negative balance now, since I paid with Amazon credit. Pressing the apply under the gift card on order details page will transfer the negative balance back to your credit.

Saw the negative 10 balance for them yesterday.  Monster Hunter 4 regular edition also dropped from 29.99 to 27 something.

The Gs exclusive one is boring as hell, no physical knick-knacks at all? Just the season pass and a skin and the base game for $100?  They need to have fun when they design these things....

 
I'm not a big fighting game guy, but that MK statue is admirable. Not for me, but awesome for the fans.

the serialise steel card on the collectors edition image says 51,000 of 70,000. if they are producing 70k units, i doubt these will sell out anytime. instead, may actually turn out to be another one of those sf4 collectors' edition.

I wasn't trying to prove you wrong or anything, I've just been slacking on CE/LE tracking and I am not sure I want to drop the 79.99 for this one.

I'm out of the loop with the gamers club at BB. Do you guys get a cert or something for preordering CEs or are they full price?

No, you get 20% off all video games--Collector's/Limited Editions included--when you join Gamers Club Unlocked, so the Bloodborne CE would be $63.99+tax. I take it you missed all of the deals last fall to get a 2-year GCU membership for <$30?

Yeah, I've been out of the loop for almost 2 years now. I think Dead Island riptide was my last preorder...which now that I think of it, I never canceled at BB.

I've bought a few things since then like the Drakenguard CE, bravely CE, and a couple others from amazon or the store exclusive places.

Time to get back on the horse and wait out another cheap deal on GCU. Will pay for itself almost immediately with a few pre-orders and $10 certs.

That, and stop worrying about cute dentists looking for the D.

 
Best Buy will definitely be a great place to pick up the MKX game since it has the $10 RZ preorder bonus, just not sure any of that extra stuff is worth the $$.  The scorpion statue is cool I guess but the other versions are just ludicrous - paying an extra $20-50 for 4 characters, steel book, and a comic book?  fuck that noise.

Definitely get the sense you'll be able to pick up this CE for 50% off from AWD/BBY/GS down the road.

Isn't the steelbook version Amazon exclusive? If anything, BB will only be getting the statue version of the CE from what I've seen reported on various sites.

In reading the press releases again it appears the Amazon exclusive steelbook version is actually a "European Version". Does that mean that it will be an actual European version with multiple languages on the box, the European rating, etc...Are the two Scorpion statues the same? The press release makes it sound like they are, but the pictures for both editions are of different looking statues and the certificate is not pictured in the European version. I just don't understand why they couldn't do just one CE and maybe a Day One edition if Gamestop and other retailers insisted.

The original press materials and all of the articles I have seen this morning indicate that the "European Version" which is the one with the steelbook and the statue are Amazon exclusive in the US. The regular collector's edition contains a figurine by Course that isn't the same as the statue and that version will be available at other retailers.
