Thanks, ordered one. Was sold out the other day didn't even know it came back. Definitely worth it.

 
I have been in contact with Josh from Triforce via email today, and all Triforce is replacing is what you showed was broken via pics sent to him. You aren't getting a whole new CE. Now for me 3/4 of the contents of the CE was broken, including the actual chest, so it's almost everything for me; but others should probably double check to see what you're getting replaced.

I'm not sure when they took down the imperial edition, but I still have an XB1 preorder for it from when it was first announced about 2 years ago. I don't think they put the collectors back up after they announced the changes a couple weeks ago though.

looks like never CE will be arriving on release day from Amazon (for me).

Claptrap CE was shipped Monday but they decided to use UPS Ground so it won't get here until Wednesday. Bloodborne was estimated to arrive on release day by 8PM but it's 3:32AM EST and it hasn't shipped---and I don't have a hub anywhere near me (I think the closest is about 200 miles away) so that won't be getting here either.

They are very inconsistent with RDD on video games nowadays. I remember when games would ship before the weekend and always arrive on Tuesday. Now I'm lucky if they ship by Tuesday.

 
^ I didn't order from best buy. Mine still hasn't shipped from Amazon and in the discussion section on the product page that seems to be a common problem---what bothers me is some people have contacted customer support and they're being told Amazon hasn't even received all their copies yet from Sony?

This thing was in stock at Amazon up to about 12 hours ago. Don't understand how it would be possible for them to oversell inventory. Hopefully it's just them dragging their feet

 
Damn... I almost never contact Amazon customer service but this morning I did just to see if they thought my bloodborne CE would ship today and if not if they knew when it would and the agent of course had no idea but said he would forward my concern to the shipping department.

Afterwards I got a follow-up survey where I basically aired my frustrated with how lately it looks like Amazon has been putting no effort into fulfilling Release Date Delivery (RDD) obligations when advertised on a product.

This is the response I got:

We typically notify customers whenever such delays occur, and I'm really sorry that you were not notified in this case. 
 
When we get orders for an special item that's available for ordering we submit the order directly to the supplier. We rely on the suppliers for up-to-date information regarding the availability of the stocks and unfortunately, that's all we have to go by. Sometimes this can be a timely process, depending on if and when the supplier provides inventory. ^ I don't  care about the credit, and I know I can't just "give it back" but my intentions were only to let them know I'm starting to get really annoyed as this isn't an isolated case. I find it alarming though that they are admitting that they might not able to fulfill orders. I put my preorder in months ago before it came back in stock in February and before it came back in stock this week so for them to say I didn't place my order early enough, yet they were confident enough to bring the product back not once but twice is kind of crazy.

I'm not upset, and the $30 credit is peanuts compared to what I spend there yearly and I didn't contact them for that reason---I contacted them because I'm disturbed by the bigger picture which is there lackadaisical approach to fulfilling the RDD obligation among increasing Prime yearly fees.

And there is no guarantee they are going to be able to fulfill my order---especially if they are banking on the idea of being able to get more from the publisher when this is technically a limited release item

 
Elite Plus GCU member, and my Bloodborne CE shipped yesterday...tracking says it should get to my by end of day Wednesday (and I have Thursday off to play, yay!). Was hoping for release date delivery, as I am off today as well...but what can ya do?

I'm more bummed that I never used my GCU welcome coupons when I renewed last October, and the link to them in my e-mail doesn't work anymore...which I guess means they expired; was hoping for 50% off the Bloodborne guide...

At least you got an original response. I'm a little surprised they didn't send you some canned response.

My Best Buy Claptrap hasn't even shipped yet. I'm an Elite Plus member and I'm out in CA.
 
My Best Buy ClapTrap CE hasn't shipped yet either, west coast :(  My bloodborne CE shipped yesterday and will be arriving today it seems.  Hopefully Best buy doesn't cancel but if they do, they are pretty good with giving some credit

 
I remember reading how many BB online preorders were shipped before release day so I can't recall when they ever shipped the day of or after. I'm not quite worried yet but it's something I've noticed and thought it'd be worth mentioning. The fact that they didn't cancel our orders before release day makes me feel more optimistic since whenever they've had cancellations, they've been able to do so beforehand. Even though somebody mentioned getting their BB preorder shipped out yesterday, it makes me wonder whether the CA distribution center just got their shipment in late.
 
Amazon lighting deals for The Order 1886.  Premium and Collectors half off, making them 74.99 and 39.99.  I bought the Premium at launch, and just bought the collector's.  Obviously I don't need two of the game.  Bestbuy online trade in or amazon online trade in accept disc only?  Only cause the steelbook wouldnt match the trade in listing.

When we get orders for an special item that's available for ordering we submit the order directly to the supplier. We rely on the suppliers for up-to-date information regarding the availability of the stocks and unfortunately, that's all we have to go by. Sometimes this can be a timely process, depending on if and when the supplier provides inventory. I hope that you would understand that being the retailers we are totally dependent on our suppliers for the supply and we can't offer any additional insight or action on this matter.

We normally obtain this item from a supplier who can usually send it to us within the release date; however, in this case, the supplier has taken longer than expected to respond to us.

However, I have passed your comments to our inventory department so that they'll try to get more stock from the suppliers as soon as possible. I've also made a note on your order so that we'll ship your order immediately once we receive the inventory from our suppliers.

When your order is shipped, you should receive an e-mail message confirming the date, contents, and method of your shipment. As per our standard policy, we do not charge you for items until they enter the shipping process, so you will not be charged for this item until we have shipped it to you.

Although I know that my words are not enough to appease your disappointment nor solve your problem, to help make up for the inconvenience, I've issued a $30.00 promotional certificate to your Amazon.com account, which will automatically apply the next time you order an eligible item sold and shipped by Amazon.com. ^ I don't care about the credit, and I know I can't just "give it back" but my intentions were only to let them know I'm starting to get really annoyed as this isn't an isolated case. I find it alarming though that they are admitting that they might not able to fulfill orders. I put my preorder in months ago before it came back in stock in February and before it came back in stock this week so for them to say I didn't place my order early enough, yet they were confident enough to bring the product back not once but twice is kind of crazy.

Best Buy will accept the disc for full value, but Amazon will only give you the Acceptable (lower) value.

I'm also Elite Plus and GCU, and mine shipped about 20 minutes ago. I also never used my welcome coupons from re-enrolling - they were having enough B2G1 used sales around that time that I didn't need to.
 
I received my Claptrap Edition from 2K Stores today (paid for overnight shipping). Came in a box within a box. In perfect shape thank goodness.

my (west coast) claptrap CE also just shipped from best buy, not tracking yet on UPS so not sure where its coming from or when it'll arrive

also thats crazy the 1886 CE is already 50% off, they musta made a shit load of those things.  I think the mortal kombat X CE's will suffer the same fate, it sounds like they have made 70k on each platform and that seems crazy high (titanfall did 35k each and there were tons and tons left over).

BB gives full value on disc-only trade-ins. I actually did the same thing myself with my Order CE.
