Looking at ebay, you can get $15+ whatever sh charge for the sealed copy of the game. You can also get $10 for the leather journal (don't known why people buy this seperatly lol). Basically you can get the statue for a few bucks so I decided to bite.

Digital copies always go for much cheaper. Plus it's Christmas. Some soccer mom's are looking for a cheap video game present. They wouldnt know paying $15 for this game is overpaying.

When I bought the :ps3: Kyrat Edition ~1 month ago, GS gave me over $13 for the game, and they will still give more than $10 for it.

EDIT: For some reason the previous gen versions of FC4 are worth WAY more than current gen.

Got my Euro XCX edition from Germany today. it only took a few days to get here, I was quite surprised. Came mint, in better condition than the NA version, and it had to traverse the Atlantic ocean.

keep an eye on the xbone version. sometimes when one goes up the other shortly goes up as well.

but it seems like there was alot more ps4 jugs made, maybe due to the new exclusivity stuff? because lately all thats been popping up for sale is ps4. I saw the sealed xbone version selling for around 600 (some already sold) while the ps4 is more around the 375-400 range. I just don't think they made as many on xbone.

SteelBook is a registered trademark of Glud & Marstrand. If you buy something that is a Metal Pak or metal case, it will be slightly different than an actual SteelBook. But yes, for the most part, a SteelBook.

Yeah, I know the differences. Not really an issue for me which one it is. It might end up being like the Pipboy which was advertised as having "Metal Packaging" and but ended up being a Steelbook.

Ya weird, huh? Like band-aids or ping pong I guess. I know some people are really anal about it being SteelBook versus a knock off brand/type. I guess the metal is cheaper and the spine is different on other ones.

 
Steelbooks are of much higher presentation quality than the knockoffs.  Yeah, it's weird when a company has a steelbook for sale and then they call it something else. 

 
Everybody who ordered the Life is Strange Limited Editions from Best Buy should go check their order to make sure it's for the correct platform. The order I submitted for the Xbox One version on 12/3 magically turned into a PS4 copy. My email for the order confirmation CLEARLY says "Xbox One" in the title of the item, but has the PS4 image for it. When clicking the link in the email it goes to the PS4 listing for the game and my order in the order status section ALSO says it is for PS4.

I cancelled it, found the listing for the Xbox One version and re-pre-ordered. The new order confirmation email also says Xbox One in the title of the item, but ALSO shows the PS4 image. However, my order history shows Xbox One everywhere.

Thanks for the heads up. Looks like they have the PS4 version listed under the XBox One games and the One version listed under the PS4 games. At this point I'm tempted to order both and just return the wrong copy unless they get the listings fixed.

It's not a Steelbook. I've got it; it's a MetalPak. That's the same one that was packaged with their shitball of a "Collector's Edition." It's a relatively nice MetalPak at least.

Thanks for the heads up, mine had switched platforms too. There's going to be a lot of pissed of customers if this turns out hard to find. The average consumer probably won't know about the change until they get the game.

Reordered the PS4 LE, canceled the now XB1 LE. I was just glad I could pre-order it and not get stiffed on it.

Yeah I noticed this earlier as well. Went ahead and re-ordered, but kept the previous one til we can get some type of confirmation that the listings are now correct.

I cancelled it, found the listing for the Xbox One version and re-pre-ordered. The new order confirmation email also says Xbox One in the title of the item, but ALSO shows the PS4 image. However, my order history shows Xbox One everywhere.

I actually noticed this today when going through my orders. I was trying to find out how many copies of the Lioneheart edition i had ordered and noticed one of the orders for an XBONE game.. which is weird since thats the only console i dont own. I reorderd the ps4 version again and canceled the old one but the cancelation email showed the ps4 version not the XBONE version like it did on the page

im so confused.. maybe i should have kept both like you guys said. I hope the new ps4 one i ordered isn't really an XBONE one

 
Speaking of Life is Strange, it's working with the buy 2 get 1 free promo at Best Buy. Tried a few other games and they aren't working so I don't know if there's others.

 
Yeah... MS didn't learn with the XBox One launch failure.  They are STILL trying to shove digital only down our throats and it failed again with Halo 5 LCE.  Not only digital only in a $250 LCE that technically isn't even a game CE without the game in it (a CE without a physical copy is now just a $250 statue/book end, not a video game CE), but to add salt in the wound the steelbook didn't even have a disc hub if you got a physical copy.

They only change their PR.  Their agenda remains unwavering.  Oh MS you never change.
