I had the same disc eject issue. You have to take off the hard drive top plate, get a super skinny phillips head screwdriver, and turn this tiny screw inside one half turn in one direction.

When that screw is turned one way, clockwise I believe, it causes manual disc ejection. But if you turn it in the other direction it should stop spitting out discs intermittently. It worked for me. I was really upset and flustered until I found the fix. I had the exact same issue you have described with a day1 PS4. I nearly left it for dead, it was so aggravating. But it's good as new now after the fix.

It is impossible to tighten that screw. It just spins. and it's delicate, so you have to be careful.

I wish Sony CS knew of that fix at the time. I called them when I was having that problem, and all they said was that it was not normal and that I should send the console in for warranty repair.

 
Does anyone know if there's a shop left that has the MGSV Japanese PS4 Premium Edition left for a moderately reasonable price?

I had one pre-ordered (and at a hefty premium) but they just let me know that they oversold and I'm out of luck... I'm beyond disappointed. :( (Especially since it took them eight days to even let me know and now I'm pretty much screwed out of a copy since prices have soared) :,(

I was able to pre order SFV CE instore but ofcourse not the SE or CE of UC4. I'm not feeling either of them anyway but I might get tempted if it becomes available again near March and if I have a bunch of certs
 
Received my code from CD Projekt for the Gwent decks and placed my order.   Email was from [email protected] and the subject line is "YOUR GWENT CODE - confirmation".

The email has a code that you enter when you hit the page on the J!NX website, which brings up the Gwent deck set shown with the previously mentioned expansion for Witcher 3, apparently including the box as shown previously. URL in the email is https://www.witcherstore.com/mobile/gwent , though you need a code to add it to your cart. 

Cards were $9.99 and economy shipping was $6.63 to MO.  Paypal was an option for checking.  You don't have to make an account on the J!NX website if you don't want to.  

Provided me an order number and expected delivery date is around October 26th 2015 for Economy Shipping.

Why do I need to purchase the cards if the people buying the boxed edition are getting them for free?

The Hearts of Stone digital expansion suggested price is $9.99/9.99€. The boxed edition suggested price is $19.99/19.99€, so the cards are not free.

If you already have the Expansion Pass, you get both expansions to the game -- Hearts of Stone & Blood and Wine, while people who buy the boxed edition of Hearts of Stone only get one expansion. Since the boxed edition of Hearts of Stone is more expensive than the digital one, the amount of money you need to pay covers the cards.

I have not yet received the code. How long do I have to wait?

You should receive the code within 72 hours of submitting your request. Also, please be sure to check your email account’s SPAM folder. So clarify for me please, if each deck is 9.99...and the heart of stone boxed expansion is 19.99 and comes with 2 packs of cards...why wouldn't we just buy the heart of stone expansion take the cards and sell the code?

This is for people that already pre-bought the expansion or the Season Pass and want to get the Gwent Decks, which I just did.

 
Have not pre ordered from gamestop in quite some time, I have destiny taken king ordered they charged me today does that mean it will arrive on release date I choose one day shipping or will i get it the day after?

I imagine you would most likely get it release date. I always preorder with the slowest shipping and even those arrive on release date.
 
I wasn't planning on buying the expansion but there's no way I can turn down those gwent decks. Hope we see the other factions released too or a re-release of the CE ones since I won't pay the crazy prices on ebay for them.

I know the backs aren't the same. But aren't the new Gwent Decks the same two decks of cards you get from the CE? Or is it a completely different set.

I just hope the potential re-releases of the Northern Realms and Nilfgaard decks have the rest of the leader cards. They said on Twitter that they'll eventually be putting out neutral hero cards with all four backs too. Curious to see if Monsters and Scoia'tael get them this go around.

Also locked down Xenoblade and the Chibi Robo bundle. Thanks for the heads up.

Just stopped at Gamestop.  They don't have the Xenoblade CE available to pre-order in-store yet. So it's website only, for now.
