Hmm, I hope the statue isn't light and plastic. Kinda looks it from that video. Will have to wait and see a real unboxing with details. It doesn't look worth the extra $72.00 though.

Yeah, that statue is likely made of PVC. Giant Gentle’s resin statues at that size are generally $160 MSRP. You can probably fence that for $50.

Literally where I'm at. Went from knowing I wasn't getting it to placing an order for the Mason edition at BB. :wall:

 
Had a $55 best buy cert so said F it and got the Stone Mason.   I've been trying not to absorb too much info but hearing them talk about it on the Giant Beastcast got me excited for a more rpgish sounding GoW

 
I placed an order for it Mason Ed... after GCU/$5 cert I had, it's down to $128-ish. Not great, but... fuck it, I've had a rough year so far, I can treat myself every now and then. 

 
I think anyone on the fence should do it. Reminds me of the Witcher with the buzz. Those CEs are raking it in. Worth the investment I hope.
 
Picked up my Yakuza 6 Premium Edition, apparently I'm the only preordered it on launch day at this store.

Compact size CE, with nice weight to it.

Edit: opened mine, a very fine CE, glasses are in another box fitted with styrofoam. Game is on top, then box of glasses in the center, coaster and bag of dices in one of the crevice, and finally the artbook sitting at the bottom.

The 10% discount and PSN credit + no steelbook convinced me to go digital on Yakuza. That and those glasses would just convince me to take up drinking.

Yup, I got a perfect one from Best Buy via UPS today.

I mean, the outer sleeve is bigger than the inner box so it all eight sides of the top and bottom bend inside a little bit. But the corners are fine and that's all you can ask for.

Dont know what yours look like, but my copy looks pristine, outer sleeve is a little bit longer than the box itself, so the wrapping kind of tug the edge slightly, didn't see any creases.

My outer sleeve had a couple small blemishes, but all the contents and box were good. Sleeve is obviously too big and the shrink wrap job is probably what did it. No biggie though.

 
The thing that gets me about the Spider-man CE selling out is they haven't even showed us what the statue looks like yet. That and it has over 5 months before its release date.

 
Couldn't justify it... cancelled my GOW ps4 pro preorder since I already have a pro.  Still all in for the stone mason edition though.  Hoping bestbuy accidentally sends it early, although that never seems to happen anymore with their new 1 day shipping they've been doing.

 
I've still got my PS4 Pro coming from Target for that 'sweet' 5% off. I don't buy the consoles for every series that I like, but I still mean to go back and get the two GoW PSPs, so I know that I'll want this console down the road. Plus, it looks more exotic than the MHW Pro that I'm currently using. God knows there is enough glossy black in my entertainment center, so I'm glad to get that out of there.

I still have my god of war PSP from Ghost of Sparta, both of them are pretty sweet.

They definitely are, and you have the nicer of the two! I'd argue those colors with that contrast makes that the coolest PSP that was released. Although I do love my camo Metal Gear Solid one, too. haha

for fellow steelbook hunters, I stumbled across the Dishonored 2 Limited Edition bundle at BestBuy for 15.99 with GCU.

Has game, steelbook, novel, and a keychain.  Currently can also be ordered on website.
