For what it's worth, the system pouch from the Fire Emblem SE is really nice. The artwork is intricate and beautifully detailed and the pouch has a very nice silky finish to it. FE fans owe it to themselves to get one of these SEs.

I'm using it as a dice bag for Magic b/c I have the harder case from the Persona Q CE.
 
I tend to use this sort of ridiculous Jack Skellington "purse" that I saw at Disney.  I pulled out my 3DS XL and, sure enough, it fit like it was made for it.  The lady looked at me a bit odd, especially when I bought it and proceeded to cut off the strap and put the 3DS in it.

 
Maybe it's a little off topic since the FE Fates debacle has settled but has anyone been using the Amiibo? I have a couple of stores with Marth and Lucina and would pick one up if it actually did something interesting. Sounds like it just add them to your castle with not much actual interaction or benefit though.

 
Is the Gold Mega Man amiibo compatible with Super Mario Maker? Also wondering what the differences are between the gold and regular, content wise

Yes it is compatible, no it doesn't do anything special in Mario Mario. In fact I don't think there is any difference content wise for any game that supports the 2 Mega Man amiibo.

I have. The first two times, they give you cosmetic items that only have effects in castle battles. Third time they challenge you to a fight, and if you win they'll join you. Pretty decent midgame units.

1. Go to crystal ball in My Castle, select Amiibo, then touch.
2. Amiibo shows up, chats, gives you accessory.
3. Do any battle.
4. Repeat 1 & 2
5. Repeat 3
6. Repeat 1 & now Amiibo challenges you to battle. It's in the drop down list of available battles.
7. Defeat challenge & get them in your party. They are level 15 when recruited.
8. Repeat 1 again & now they are eligible to show up in your shops.
 
Just got my FE SE, came with a very small sing on the bottom left of the case but everything else is super great condition.

Happy about it. If I can i'll post pics later on.
 
Welp, I ordered Stella Glow the other day from Bestbuy in hopes to get the launch edition and I ended up getting it, the top corner is slightly dented a bit but I'll take it considering it's kinda hard to find right now.

I received that email about 30 minutes ago. I'm just going to buy the game at a later date when the price drops and use the gift card balance on something else. I was really only interested in the statue at the time I preordered. The only thing I'm wondering now is if the statue is shipping from a third party destination rather than directly from Amazon.

Agreed, I didn't really want the collection since it's just a poor cash grab. I was more interested in the Statue/tank, so basically I got it for $55.

Plus, they gave me a $5 promotional credit because they put the release date as Feb 23rd instead March 1st.

If I were to cancel my order now, I would essentially be getting $34.99 for free. But I'd be giving up a discount of $52 on the Statue + Tank (although we now know that the $30 game isn't included, so it's more like a $22 discount). Decisions, decisions ;)

lol yeah I didn't even want the game much either really. Not at this price anyway. I'll keep the statue and use the card for something else, although I have no idea wtf to use it for.

I got the email too with the $29.99 credit. So from what I gathered, the retail price for the statue alone is $99. I received the double dip pricing (129-52) and it knocks down the statue price to $77. After seeing the reviews, I'm having a hard time justifying that purchase. Is it worth getting that statue at $77 or should I just cancel it and keep the credit Amazon gave me for all this trouble?

 
There is that uncharted CE that is worth a couple grand. (I think it came with a dagger and was an AZ exclusive, but I cant remember) :p

I have Uncharted 4: A Thief's End Libertalia Collector's Edition - PlayStation 4 preordered at BB, but it seem like it is still in stock. I will probably cancel that one.

Actually you cannot buy that Uncharted CE that's worth a couple grand. Only 200 were made and it was given as some sort of promotion. Aquiring it requires pure luck.

I got the Mega Man email too, though for $35. Not sure if I have that $5 credit from earlier....

It still shows as the game and statue/E-Tank shipping together. Will the game be separated from the order and it'll just be the statue?

 
yeh i wouldnt consider a contest prize as a CE otherwise oh boy did you all miss out on some sick CE games and consoles woo boy
