Wondering if I should jump on that Witcher III DLC set. I went out of my way to get the first one and then it showed up at GameStop for like $10 for a while.

Depends if you want to wait 2-3 months to play Blood and Wine. Also remember the first one had an MSRP of $20 so if the new one drops in a few months it will go to $20, or the cost of Blood and Wine by itself.

So weird.  I went to BB website and threw the Doom CE into my cart just to see how much the total would be with GC discounts, and they aren't charging tax on it.  Maybe it is a website error, not sure.

Dirty bastards. I don't play my Wii U anymore, haven't really since November (played Woolly World twice, and played Smash once a few weeks ago). I never got Pokken because it lacked content. I keep thinking I want to sell my Wii U. But I still want that damned controller.

Looks nice. I never played the game, didn't look like it'd interest me at all. I've heard great things, but IDK. I might get it for the nice packaging and such, and because the only game out this spring/summer to play is DOOM.

I ended up getting it, though I had to go to Nintendo with a long phone call to get it, sending them my NNID, System Serial # and a copy of the Amazon invoice. Took like 30 minutes on the phone, plus an email.

According to Nintendo, the CEs were supposed to be exempt, though Best Buy went their own way with that since they gave me two of them from my purchase. Not sure if Gamestop provided their pre-order DLC for the CE as well.

 
According to the Amazon image, it looks like its an actual Steel case atleast (Not a Steelbook though)

I don't think the Valkyrie case was ever advertised as a Steelbook.  They always called it an "Armored Case".   So I'm assuming it's a generic tin case of some kind.
