Looks like a Steelbook to me. if it was a tin, it would be thicker.

It looks like MetalPak, not SteelBook, from the stock images. Steelbook has an actual spine that holds the front/back halves, whereas MetalPak is just the halves hinged together.

The photo to me, looks like a Steelbook. I've seen Metalpak's before and they don't look that clean. Who really knows though. Until we actually see the spine on the item, we won't know for sure. I can't imaging Sega half-assing it.

In the past I ordered Fire Emblem Fates and got the DLC at a discounted price. I returned the game and got the full amount back, so I got the DLC at a discounted price.

I bet a simple call to Customer Service would get you the full price back. Granted their policy is no returns on digital items, but they have no way to prove you redeemed it, unless there is some sort of system on their end that shows you did in fact redeem the content.

I actually called Best Buy Customer Service because I wanted to flip my UAC edition for the CE, and after your little transaction, I was worried they wouldn't refund me the whole price.

Turns out, the Season Pass for my transaction was considered a Free Item with a $0.00 value. The entire cost was the game. So he told me to just return it to a store for the full price refunded. I went and checked and sure enough, the Season Pass is $0.00. Plus, Best Buy shipped my UAC in a ing bubble mailer so God knows what the hell it looks like in there (haven't had a chance to open the package yet but it doesn't look good lol).

My guess is the older orders were set up wrong, and they recently corrected it to prevent people from buying and then cancelling the UAC edition for the Season Pass. Just a guess though.

I got Resident Evil Origins the other day. Came broken (the case). Called BBY for an exchange. They sent another one today and it was smashed. They then gave me a full refund and let me keep the game (although the case was cracked to crap, I think the game will work.
