Has yours already shipped? Does BB price match other stores after you have purchased the item? Or do you have to go through a convoluted process of a return and rebuy with a PM?

It took a couple of emails, though I had BB say they would do the PM and credit me back for my XB1 version.

Mine had shipped and all i needed to do was email them through the Customer Service / Contact Us link on their webpage. They did reply back and ask for a screen cap of the price, which I sent them via email. I originally included the link to the Amazon page for it, though I don't know why they didn't use it.

Just got my Uncharted coins. Things are pretty hefty. Guy showed me a massive case they had full of them since apparently they couldn't find it until this week.
 
Spent about 45min. on the phone.  It was like pulling teeth, but finally got Best Buy to price match the Walmart price on the Overwatch CE for $94.99.   She just couldn't find the price at walmart.com and kept telling me it was $129.99.   Told her it was on sale on Amazon.com too.  I instructed her how to find the item at both websites.  She just couldn't figure it out.  After 20 min. of holding I told her I am just trying to get $9 taken off this order I already made after the GCU discount.  She disagreed and insisted that the price was $130 not $104.  I'm like fine, whatever. (i.e. just  fuck ing do whatever it takes). So she said I'd be getting a refund of $35 on my next card statement.  Incompetence at it's finest.  But hey, I saved even more money.

Mine already shipped and sue put a 9 dollar adjustment on the order. It's already has appeared on my order. Pretty smooth, but this was through the Elite line and not the regular customers services.
 
I tried to talk to support about this and see if they could swap the price on my previous PC CE preorder and she just kept saying, oh do not worry it will change when the order ships. She totally was not grasping what I was saying. Ugh.

I wish I could get this to apply to the PC version... I have the X1 digitally ordered already and really wanted this on the PC too. Ugh

I am going to try and buy the X1 version (on hold with CS now to get it to $76) and then I will hopefully sell the game/steelbook on eBay for $65 and make after fees and shipping about 58 and then buy the PC Origins edition on Amazon for $50. Essentially getting the CE then for the PC for the same price.. ish?

 
Just got Amazon to give me Overwatch X1 for 75.99. I ordered it for the 94.99. Then called and said they didn't apply the 20% preorder discount with Prime. They put me on hold a second, then price adjusted it.
 
Best Buy wouldn't price match my order. They called it a bundle due to the metal plate thing. :( I'm annoyed with Best Buy in general since my CE that was supposed to be here Monday won't be here Monday as it hasn't even shipped yet.

 
I guess I got lucky. I just got off the phone with Best Buy CS and they gave me a $20 credit which I think puts my price at even lower than Amazon's $94. I was paying $112 after tax so looks like I'm now at $92 which is pretty baller. The rep was super cool about it. He gave me a heads up that this is considered a bundle since it includes the metal plate and that they aren't supposed to price match it, but then followed that up with "so does a $20 credit sound good". Best Buy continues to make me love them more and more. According to my tracking the game will be here Monday too, so I'm pumped.

 
After telling me I would be receiving a $35 credit, I just received a $4.98 credit back from Best Buy.  Pretty annoyed at this point.  Going to call them back tomorrow to fix it.

This is why I don't preorder from bb.com anymore. Their phone CS couldn't pour water out of a boot with instructions on the heel.
 
Plate and Game (owatch) shipped yesterday and will be here Monday.  Guess I'll have time to install and be able to play right when I get hom Tuesday.

You should be able to play on Monday if you have time. Servers open up at 4 pm for the west coast and 7 pm for the east coast.

 
The collectors edition is a good deal but I think I'm going standard. I don't care about the figure. Anyone want to sell me their skins? lol

 
People are really wasting that much time and effort to "price match" a total of 9 bucks in savings over the standard GCU / Prime discount? lol sounds like some folks need to re-think the direction they're going in life.

There comes a point in life when it finally hits home that being financially responsible is, at its most principle level, about budgeting time. You cash in time to earn money, to take days off, to live, to drive to Best Buy. I agree with you on a level that my time is worth more than a small savings- yet I completely understand that others enjoy budgeting their time to the thrill of the hunt etc- just as most of us spend much of our time playing video games. How you choose to spend your time is your own decision- but you won't get it back.
