WOW thanks! You guys inadvertently saved me 50 bucks AND upgraded to 1-day delivery (now arrives Thursday, instead of next Monday).

So I called Amazon customer service, before seeing your replies. Got the nicest csr on the phone. She tells me she knew nothing about 20% discount on new video games. She proceeds to look further into it; mentions she found something about Twitch Prime benefit and asked if that was it? Long story short, she kept telling me just give me another minute, I'll figure this out. After 10+ minutes she says check your order now. She manually edits the price from $249 to $200 and tells me she upgraded me to 1 day delivery for keeping me on the phone the whole time while she was looking for an answer.

Needless to say, I'M HAPPY! :D/

Seems like the first few times you contact Amazon about a benefit they used to offer but no longer do, they'll just give it to you as a "one-time exception". When they took away 'post-shipping PM' and when Prime free 2-day shipping guaranteed turned to 'probably 2-days', I'd email them about a price reduction or a package being late and they'd either PM it for me or they'd extend my Prime membership by a week or two.

They normally always ship a day or two before release, so I sometimes get it before, on or after. It all depends on them shipping it, and how fast it arrives. I would say out of all my orders over the years with NISA, it's arrived before the most often. I'm normally not opening these up right away, so it never much mattered to me, but I always thought their service was top notch. Packaging is also top shelf, as I haven't gotten any damages from them in years.

They have always packaged my items extremely well. Haven't been disappointed once in the 6 plus years I've been a customer.

Not to long ago, some NISA CE titles starting being sold at online retailers as well. So a lot of users here opt to shop at Amazon or BB, for the preorder discounts, but I always stick with NISA. As those orders more often than not arrived damaged due to poor packaging, which is fine for many, as they prefer the discounts.

I prefer the pristine items, so I'm happy to pay NISA the shipping cost. But I normally just combine a few items to each order to get their free shipping option($70 or something is the minimum). You end up having to wait on both items to be in stock before shipping will happen, but as I already stated, I'm in no rush anyways.

EDIT: And if you ever do happen to a get an item damaged, they will cover the return shipping, and send you a new one, no problem. The only issues is how quickly they may answer their ticket system, as calling seems better than messaging. But wither way, they are about the best gaming company I've dealt with on a regular basis.

I'm sure most CAGers know this but calling Best Buy this morning looking for a Destiny 2 CE for PS4 they told me I could order to a store for Saturday delivery and still get GCU. Don't know if there was anyone still looking for a deal but the CSR was confident this would work.

 
I saw the Destiny 2 unboxing video.   But has anyone here opened their CE?  I would like to hear more about the build quality of the satchel/backpack if someone wouldn't mind giving a rundown.

I'm confused by this. Why wouldn't you get GCU?

 
Beware the GS 20/30% trade bonus on select new releases, it DOES NOT work on MvC Infinite CE, not sure about be LE. It does work on Metroid Samus Returns LE though.

Poor wording. Was implying that people like myself who ordered late from Amazon or Gamestop could still go back to Best Buy and take advantage of GCU for a sizable discount rather than stay with the more expensive options.

The 50% trade in bonus as been really good for me. Traded in 6 copies of Nascar: Heat Evolution for the ps4, came out with zelda, mario kart and splatoon 2 (buy 2 get 1 free coupon), cave story plus and about $40 in credit.

That game only trades in for $17 with the bonus. Unless you got that game for really cheap, that isn't worth a trade ban

Most Targets received a few Lord Saladins today. Check them. I went to three stores before buying one though. The boxes are paper thin and most came crushed.

 
Best Buy just sent a shipping notice for that Destiny 2 cold heart poster. For reference, I preordered the physical CE not a digital version.
 
Wonder if they will make you return the poster if you return the item. Will update if they send me a poster as I have the CE to return

I ordered for instore pickup on Wednesday when it came out because the site had dropped the listing and my estimate went from Saturday to Tuesday. Surprised preorders didn't ship much sooner though.

For anyone on the fence about the Destiny print (it's not a poster), for $10 it's quite nice. It isn't big, but it is about 1/4" thick and has the hanging hardware already nailed to it.
