Do let us know what you think of it - I'm interested personally, but it's being heavily marketed as a social game and I'm the antithesis of a social gamer.

 
My Best Buy orders got delayed again. Original to Saturday, now to Tuesday. Most likely a FedEx issue more than Best Buy, although it couldn't have hurt to ship them out sooner. Not sure why they waited until the day before.

Same here, just got the notice for Halloween delivery today. Yet my Super Mario Odyssey game, which shipped at the same time from them, arrived on Friday afternoon. I really do think its Fed Ex that is screwing them over. Previously I used to get all of my release date deliveries from them on time and they were either shipped UPS or USPS. Now the UPS/USPS ones come a day before usually and the Fed Ex ones are late.

Fire Emblem Warriors Special Edition for Nintendo Switch is back in stock at Best Buy. Doesn't look like ship to store works (at least for my location).

Turns out I actually got my items today anyway, so yeah, FedEx blows and it totally clueless.

 
Must be some bad luck with BB because I've yet to ever have an issue. As for all these delayed shipments, maybe they should stop trying to copy Nintendo's bad example of releasing games on a Friday.

 
My AC: Origins Gold Edition steelbook is impossible to get out of the damn plastic sleeve holy crap.

Anyone else able to get it out without breaking the plastic?

Probably all the damaged returns... just returned my copy today because it arrived with a nice ding on the side and across the back.

After initially canceling my Xbox One X Scorpio edition back in September, Target gave me a call yesterday evening letting me know I could reorder and they could guarantee a Scorpio if I wanted. Weird... I guess MS was holding back shipments until now.

 
Not only has my Wolfenstein II CE not shown up from Best Buy yet, but now it says I ordered the PS4 version instead of the PC version and that it will arrive by November 26th (Previously November 1st) and has a broken tracking number.

I have no idea what to make of this anymore.

 
Looks like the SAO: Fatal Bullet Phantom Editions will be sold on Amazon in EU - Amazon DE

Maybe its not called the Phantom Edition because they get the Artbook + map and not the west, or its something different, not sure. Not available yet.

My AC Origins steelbook had some nicks on it, but not enough to return. Very tiny chips in the paint only viewable up close. Nice steelbook though.

I like the Wolfenstein one too, but matte finish for that, not gloss like AC: Origins.

More likely they had cancelled orders from potential resellers that opened up inventory.

I'm having the same issue right now with a copy of Valkyria Chronicles Remastered, I'm trying my best not to damage the sleeve, but yeah...holy crap.

 
Just opened up my Wolfenstein CE from best Buy (I was away from home this weekend).  No damage and the CE itself is incredible.  The "Terror-Billy" figure is extremely pose-able, over 12" tall it comes with 5 diff weapons (4 guns and an axe).  Seriously ppl pick this one up it's a great game with a great CE for a really solid price (especially if you get GCU on it).

I guess my confusing Wolfenstein II order is doing far better off than my roommate's Mario Odyssey Switch Bundle, which is straight up missing. Said it was delivered Friday but it wasn't at the college mailroom and still wasn't today (no signature confirmation BTW). I think Best Buy and/or Fedex screwed up.

 
I would easily pay double if that was the case. $80 for 15 magazines for each main line entry showing awesome artwork. Nnngh my pants. Basically a no with how it actually is. Not too familiar with Edge magazine, which makes me wonder if everything inside will be 100% final fantasy or will it only have like a 12 page spread and that's it? Because game reviews and stuff.

Yeah, I just saw that about an hour ago, due to getting the discount email as well. I was getting ready to order, until I read the description. I thought each book was going to be dedicated to a specific title, but as is, NO THANK YOU!

That's a rather lazy offering, and for what is included, $50 should have been tops, and even that would have been pushing it. LOL

Edge magazine is awesome. It's one of the only strong monthly gaming magazines left. They have good adult taste in games and gaming reviews and do in-depth developer interviews and exposes on upcoming games. It's just that its very expensive to import from the UK. It's $105 for a year which is 13 issues. They used to sell it newsstand at Barnes and Noble ($10.95 i think?) but I think they stopped doing that and last times I've checked I've only seen the occasional holiday/special edition issue there.

Great magazine though. I've always wanted a sub but that's a ton of extra money every year.

My B&N's here in Vegas still carry it, and while I never read Edge much, I did used to read the US version which was Next Generation until it got cancelled. It was one of the best magazines out there for sure, as it was more "adult" as you stated. When most gaming publications had a kiddie feel, especially back when NG was still being offered. I thumb thru it when I'm browsing at BN, but the import cost are pretty high for it, so I only get the occasional special issues. Stuff like top 100 and what not.

Your store still may get it, as mine has shrunk qty's on most UK books, and if your not there within 1-3 days of it showing up, you'll never know it was there. As they can go quick depending on how many they get.

I don't see the issue here. I mean realistically they could all be blank inside because many "collectors" would never damage them by opening and reading the contents.
 
Didn't see it mentioned, but looks like Gamestop will be carrying the Dissidia CE.

I'll probably switch my preorder over to in-store at GS to save on the shipping.  On the other hand, I'm tempted to wait and see if it goes on sale at GS, since the last one I can think of they carried (DQ Heroes) ended up pretty cheap.  I have horrible luck tho.  If I wait and see it will never go on sale, if I preorder it will 100% go on sale  :wall:

Wow nice, probably cancelling my SE order then. Just wish Gamestop wasn't so archaic on their website so you could apply Gift Cards and Trade Credit after you already order like Amazon.

Since it's a Black Friday bundle for only $70 it will definitely be tough to buy one.  Everyone remembers those $99 3DS from BF last year.  Nintendo hardly even made any of them, some stores got none, and they never even made it onto shelves.
