I don't normally sign in to my UPS account, but I did to see if tracking went back to what it was. Nope. Still no details of where the package currently is.

 
Anyone still waiting on their Nier Replicant White Snow Edition to ship out from SE store? Mine still says not initiated under the status.
 
So Wario posted last weekend about how select items from Amazon warehouse had an automatic 20% taken off at checkout. There were cyberpunk Xbox one collectors edition’s included in that and I bought one listed as like new for what ended up being $85 plus tax.

The collectors edition was still in its original shipping box from Warner Brothers with the November release date on it instead of the December release date, and the collectors edition was still factory sealed. Incredible get for what I think will be a collectors edition that will rebound in value eventually.
 
You guys might not be too thrilled about the White Snow Edition lol.

Game comes separate from the CE contents. I actually accidentally almost threw out the game. It comes in this little cardboard sleeve separate from the White Snow box and I thought it was just an insert to keep it into place. Because that's what it looks like. I picked it up to throw it out and realized it was way heavier than a hollow cardboard insert.

Be careful you don't do the same.

In fairness, they made it clear that it wouldn't all be in one box from the very start and specifically said it would be a "soft bundle".

Nice, I love how hit/miss Amazon Warehouse is but sounds like you got a winner. I also hope this CE rebounds - not because I wanna make money off of it, but I actually just would like to see it at cost. It's just too fucking big...

I was unable to return my CE to bestbuy (I was out of town) so I went through with CDPR refund portal back in Jan. They fully refund the cost (tax included) via Paypal a month later. They never asked to ship it back, probably due to the sheer amount of weight of the CE, postage would bleed them further.

Effin SE Store, as of 6pm cst. My Nier Replicant CE still shows not initiated. Contacted customer service yesterday and today morning and still zero response or communication.
 
My Nier Snow White Ed showed up... just a heads up, the box they used to ship it is too small. They wrapped the item in bubble wrap but the shipping box had to be bent oddly close properly. I haven't gotten around to opening mine yet but I'm pretty pissed that they couldn't be bothered to use a proper sized shipping box.

That would cut into the margins of their 90% markup on shipping price. You gotta pay more than $30 for shipping if you want the item to fit.

Sorry to hear that -_-

Mine arrived today and the box fit fine. They probably could have used an extra layer of bubble wrap, but the condition seems pretty good over all.

It's not square, so maybe they used the same box, but didn't put it in to fit correctly? :/

I got mine today as well and had two layers of bubble wrap in a box big enough to fit it well without much wiggle room. Sounds like luck of the draw with who packages it.

it def looks like that's the case- they bubble wrapped it twice. If it was bubble wrapped once, would have fix the box fine. Fortunately it wasn't damaged by the shipping box but there's a nice gash on the item from when they used the knife/box-cutter to open it. I would have preferred dented corners...

 
Does anyone here have any plans for when they run out of CE space?

I saw some people say they're gonna throw away the outer boxes and package the contents elsewhere. For those who are OCD about that kinda stuff, have you made any plans. I did a general estimate, and I'm likely to run out of adequate space by the end of this year. Then I'll have decisions to make.

I still have space right but more new stuff are coming out and I am not getting more space. I don't think I will throw away the box, just sell the whole thing with stuff I don't really care.

I ran out of room too so I stopped buying CE and started selling my old CE off. Some of my CE did raised in value but most didn't.

Someone on eBay was able to sell their Titanfall 2 CE for $800 recently. I think most of us CAG got this CE on clearance long ago.

I hit my critical limit a couple years ago. My solution was horrible. I just slowed down to a crawl on buying them. I now stick to CEs for IPs I love. I also ended up rearranging them a bit so I can display more at a time. And I made the tough call of storing some of the smaller ones, like the Play Asia releases.

 
Got my Nier today, packing seems ok.  Glad I went with Xbox version as Series X is 1440p while PS5 is stuck at 1080p.

I stuffed my smaller CE boxes in that Titanfall 2 CE box to make room for other CE boxes.

Wow, that's insane. A vast majority of the CEs I have are worthless and the ones that are worth something, are ones for games I like. I'm just holding out hope of moving into a bigger place in a year or two but that might not happen...

Pics? I'm waiting on mine and super not thrilled to hear about this. Least they could do with expensive CEs is pack them well...

With the help of my wife I came to this realization a few years ago. Most of my stuff is CEs that were bought on clearance for the price and not necessarily because I enjoyed the games particularly so it was not difficult to part with a bunch of it. I've been keeping the little things from my CEs (like SteelBooks, art books, and tchotchkes) and I've been donating the statues and other things I don't care for to my local game shop. Now I mostly have stuff I like and I've become a little more discerning in what I buy.

My local Half Price Books had the TF1 CE on the top shelf for a while and then it finally dropped to $50 and someone bought it before I could go grab it. It's just as well because I probably would have gotten rid of it by now because it was HUGE.

 
The Watch Dogs Legion steelbook was amazing but the rest of the CE was of no interest to me.  I'm about to ebay that and the Last Guardian statue.  I got most of the CEs for PS games as I only play exclusives on the PS4 but am learning what I don't like and won't go after everything now.

 
I'm looking to purchase the Fire Emblem 30th Anniversary set.  Does anyone here have a sealed copy they'd like to dump at an above retail but not e-bay price?  Shoot me a PM.

Wow, never thought I'd see something like this... def in for one.

I have the original Japanese one and always wished it would get a translated print. Back during the mid-2000s, I took a PDF of the translated copy floating around the internet to Kinkos to try and print/bound it. They quoted me like $800. And they also asked me if it was porn, which was against their policy or something.LOL

In case it was for me, I can't get it to show up in the pictures since the box is printed on white paper. But the slit is basically in the middle of where the plastic wrap is cut. I emailed this picture to them Saturday morning so we'll see if they can replace it. Given past experiences with them, I'm sure they'll give me a "we don't care" response.

I haven't opened it, and generally don't until I get around to playing the game but even so, I'd leaving it open in case SE store says they can replace it, which I know they won't but just to be safe. It doesn't look like the cut is deep but hard to tell because the outer box is made out of white fiber.

Anyone know if Square Enix store NA have a customer service number? My Nier Replicant white snow edition still has not shipped out. No communication at all from SE store. I emailed them 3 times since last Thursday and have not received any responses. This is getting ridiculous.

Just received mine, have the exact same issue. Our units may have been at the top of the bulk shipment and were cut with a box cutter that was too long. Did you ever get a response from SE support? I'm about to send them an email as well.
