just a quick update on my AOL cancellation. Earlier I said how quickly and hassle free it got cancelled. Well, what I didn't realize is that they still charge you from day 1, and you have to specifically request a refund when you cancel in order to get your money back, as long as it is still within the 90 day trial. If you don't request the refund, they will cancel the account and everything, but you'll get charged $25. Just a heads up for anyone wanting to go that route.

Earthlink STILL hasn't given me credit. Has anyone ever done offers with Earthlink before? They're taking forever to credit. I'm still stuck at 67%...

I had 2 referrals do Earthlink (previously) and it took 2 days, maybe they're getting bogged down now.
 
So can anyone do a fast crediting offer for the Ipod link in my sig? This is an emergency, and I have paid people on here for offers and traded referrals sucessfully a few times. I am willing to do either, and even walk you through the process if you haven't done it before.

Please let me know ASAP.

Cheeto, the only advice I have for the moment is this: don't do freepay, and research the company you're doing offers for before you sign up. Some are legit, others aren't. good luck!

How exactly does this work? If I do a "referral" what exactly do I do in the process -- do I need to sign up for something with my credit card?

yeah, 99% of the time it requires a CC to complete an offer. What you do is you sign up under someone else, complete, say a trial offer, and then you refer X number of people to do the same. The amount of referrals depends on the site and company running it.



BTW, I received my $250 from lcds.free4m.net... one of the best networks out there!

You basically do a bunch of offers instead of just one. Each offer has a point value, and when you reach the number of points needed for your item, you can get it.
 
Are the trials free? Can I cancel them online or would I need to call them up?
And can I use several people as referrals with the same CC?

Most of them are free, a few only require shipping. I think there are some you can cancel online, but all of the ones I've done required me to call. I doubt you wil be able to use the same card for different people without them knowing about it and putting your account on hold.

You can sign up for multiple sites, but you cannot sign up for the same site more than once (So if you register for Trainn.org's free iPod site, you can only register there ONCE. However, you can sign up for their other free sites)

You should have a free 30 day trial. Did you cancel before the 30 days were up? I've had only positive experiences with Stamps.com.

Well, technically, none of these companies are supposed to see your complete CC #. So, how are they supposed to know?
 
I haven't posted in a long time. Good to see this thread is still up and alive. I can't believe so many people have done 3604free....but that is what I'm working on. I can do most of the tickle.com offers and I can do more of the newer sites now. Anyways.....I guess the whole 12dp (and similar stuff sites) aren't being talked about anymore. I know 12dp got closed, how sad.
 
THey wont see a different billing name and address if yo use a simon giftcard, thats what i did and my ipod was shipped today!

Is your link the one up there now? It seems like a really good idea for getting refs, I did a Tickle offer, so hopefully it was benefitted a fellow CAG.

Exactly. 3604free is a damn hard site or any of the other trading sites that you are doing (UCHalf mostly supports Trainn).

I subitted the request yesterday, so hopefully I will get my time soon. The site is a really good idea, but after a while I can see the huge backlog of people waiting to get their sites up. Have you had any luck getting more refs from that site? At least mine went green in a fair amount of time unlike Earthlink. I'll be on AIM periodically throughout the day, so if I see Peter on I'll talk to him about the issue. I added a reply to my request and basically said that I want to get credit ASAP because I'm going to be paying for the service. My last no-credit request was for Trainn.org for an AOL offer and I never got the credit, so I want to be sure I get this one.

I have a friend who did UCHalf for FlashiPods4Free and YourFreeVideoiPods. He gained 5 greens for FlashiPods4free and 3 for YourFreeVideoiPods on each of his 4-day sprees. This was back in around March of this year so the traffic might have died down a little.

By the way, I confirmed your green w/ UCHalf yesterday so you should be getting your dates in soon.
 
Wait, I got a question about UCHalf. So, when you sign up for hotstuff, you sign up under the person currently in the line up. So does this mean when you sign up under them it will link you to another site that the person wants you to do, or how does it work?
