Just starting a thread for deals for the Playstation VR.

I picked up the Core bundle off Amazon and I'm looking for a cheap camera and move controllers.

I found that best buy has some cheap playstation 4 cameras on sale for 39.99 with free shipping.

If you all know any good deals for move controllers or launch games, let me know.

Until Dawn: Rush of Blood (PS VR) $15.99 via Amazon (Prime Price). https://www.amazon.c...heapassgam08-20

Correct. For collection purposes, I only seek US editions. I do have some random JP titles, particularly a decent catalog for the NeoGeo Pocket Color, though nowadays I stick to US.
Yeah, but what about for the purpose of playing? You’ve already said you refuse to buy digital. So why not just buy the EU version so you can play it? If you finish it and don’t want it for your collection you can always sell it. And since there is no US version to flood the marketplace, you can probably get most or all of your money back when you do

Games are for displaying in your book shelf, not playing

Still waiting for the day Farpoint bundle goes on sale at gamestop. I can’t believe it’s still MSRP yet $100 books and toys get pennied out a couple months after release.

Wow i just bought Keep talking and Nobody explodes on saturday

and me and 3 friends played it for 4 hours straight. HOLY COW  is that a fun game. even if we dont play it ever again.it was still worth the $7.49 But curious what is the Add on content? since the purchase says +add on content?

I see psvr worlds is on sale digitally for $4.49. Is it worth that? I know that game is on demo disc 1. Haven't tried it though, Do i just play the demo? or is it worth $4.49 i'd rather physical but physical is at least  $15

Any suggestions which PSVR case I should get? I'd like one that fits the move controllers also. Not necessarily for travel but storage when not in use.

Thanks, but was really looking for a case to set aside. I don't have a lot of room in my game setup. But still interested in what other people do to set it up. That charger is a nice plus.

This one doesn't have room for the Move controllers, but it's the one I have and it fits the PSVR like a glove. I got one just to keep it clean and dust-free since I don't use it every day.

It fits PSVR v1 and v2, though with v2 you can't store it with the ear buds inside the little pockets built into the side of the PSVR. You have to just let them dangle down inside the case.

Have that one as well, fits everything nicely minus the move controllers as mentioned, I mainly use it to keep the headset away from dust and the like

i would just look for one that is name branded, besides using the collective minds stand with aim support, i also have the hard case that holds the pro plus vr setup, not the best case but the only one to store it all except the aim controller

I also have this one. Cannot recommend it enough, and got my friend and my coworker to got one for their own headsets after seeing mine.

If you're just worried about dust and keeping the lenses clean, a nice cloth bag should be fine, I think.  My wife actually sewed me one with a drawstring to close it up, and I just keep the headset in the bag while it sits in the cabinet.  I'd think any basic bag would be fine assuming you don't have a wife who sews :)

Awwwww shit Expert+!  Going to download the update shortly and give it a go!  I have S on all expert levels right now but only 2 full combos and so close to SS rank on a couple of them, so I'm really anxious to see how this is.

Wow expert+ on Beat Saber is ridiculous.  I can do all expert courses like really easily and get S every time, but I can't even make it like 20 seconds in a song in expert+.

I'm still waiting for a physical copy. My guess is that LRG is chomping at the bit to work a deal with them to release one.

if the expectation is that all dlc for the title would be on the disc might be a long wait, beat saber has been talking about song pack dlc and that's still on their roadmap far as I know

I'd wager any Beat Saber physical is going to be the core game and free tracks at best. They have really struggled with licensing and contracts being a super small team and it doesn't appear they have a lot of pressure to monetize DLC on the PS4 which is the only place it really matters anyway.

I would imagine on ps4 they could be working with Sony directly to bring some of their catalog in as DLC. I've said it before, but having played the game for some time on PC, it is heavily being held up by the mod/custom song community, the track selection is abysmal otherwise

I personally like a lot of the songs that came with it on PSVR.  There are like maybe 2-3 that I don't really like, one of them being the first DLC song.

Having all of the mods on PC would be awesome though.  But IMO it is fun as it is too.

darn now I don tknow what to do, I have the PowerA Charge & Display Station for PlayStation VR

I can still return it to gamestop but then I won't have a charger for the move controllers and its nice to have bonus charger for controller. WIth this stand, would dust be a problem for the lenses? maybe i can just put a rag on top of the headset?

Protip I just realized in Beat Saber…

I just turned on fail options on expert+ and I could at least finish the level to get a feel for it, but it’s still stupid fast. So I then saw the ‘slow down song’ option and put that on too. That makes expert+ playable for me too and is a good way to learn the songs, so I’ll be trying that out for the most part now until I can maybe finish a song without it.

EDIT:

Just finished my first song on expert+ without the 'no fail' option on, however I did have the slower song on.  Still got a B and only missed like 20 blocks so I'm slowly getting better at em.

I see Sprint Vector is on sale for $11.99 this weekend.

Anyone have any input on it?  Is that a game that would be fun for a group of people and taking turns in it?

Finished my first expert+ song on Beat Saber this afternoon without any modifiers on.  It is no joke lol.  I tried another song after and was completely lost.  I think you just have to play the song a bit on slower mode with no fail to get a feel for what is coming up and that definitely helps out a lot.

Anyone here use Littlstar? I just got an email from them that they're rolling out a new Premium service on March 1...which basically includes everything that is free now. For the layman, that eliminates sideloading your own content (VR porn) from USB unless you pay $2 per month for their annual subscription ($23.88 a year or $2.99 monthly for a "limited" time; after that, it goes up to $3.99/4.99). Obviously they're going to get away with it because there's no competition on PSVR. Seriously, they take away the last fucking thing I have left... :censored:
