Yeah I feel pretty stupid too. I threw away most of the rewards things when I got them but then I saw Rocketman (back off I loved that movie as a kid!) I went threw my DVD's and only found 2 with codes still in them :cry: I only need 450 more to get it, but have nothing to trade.

I assume most people work for video rental stores and they jot the codes down when they have to open the dvds to put in there video rental cases.

At least thats what I would assume. Otherwise.yah..why would you have more than 1 copy of a dvd?

Would anyone be interested in trading Disney codes for MyNintendo codes? I realize MyNintendo codes are pretty much worthless as they very rarely give away anything, but maybe there's somebody with tons of Disney codes who likes the novelty of having a long list of games registered on Nintendo.com. I can post a list if there is any interest.

See, now what is you guys opinion...I currently have two accounts for Disney rewards. One under myself and the other under my Girlfriend.

I have 8,300 point in my account and I have about 5,000 in her account.

The debate is should I just go ahead and buy the blu-ray player, or hold out and see what else they put up in the rewards? I don't know if I should just keep racking up points in both accounts, should I hold out and get the TV with my account and hope to earn 8000 in the gf's account for the player?

Tell me what you think.

I saw that $26 auction for the Hanna Montana stubs. Whoever bid that amount is certifiable. NO way something worth 200 points is worth that kind of money. If you're going to spend that kind of $$$ you might as well go to a store and buy a blu ray player (or whatever it is you want). I wouldn't pay more than $6 or $7 for any code or maybe a buck or 2 more for 4 stubs.

Yes but not in particularly fair to all the other people on this site as you would want your code and Bob would want his code and so on and so on.....so because of all this "you should do this and please message me when your going to post the next new one"...the freebees are done now and no more controversy

beatles99, please don't think I was trying to tell you what to do. It just seemed that you wanted the one code to go to icarwings55 & pming it would've gotten to him for sure. The suggestion that you send me a code for my "Scathingly brilliant idea" (a line stolen from Hayley Mills in The Trouble With Angels) was definitely tongue in cheek.
 
A note of warning for those shooting for the blu ray player. I got in touch with DMR through the contact form on the site to ask what model player & warranty came with it. I received on 1-31-08 a response that it had the full manufacturer's warranty and that it was the Samsung BD-P1400 (a 3rd gen player). Unfortunately, someone just posted today at ultimatedisney that they ordered their blu ray player Feb. 1 & received it Feb. 7 & they received not the 1400 but the 1200 an out of production 2nd generation machine with a long list of early blu ray problems. If they are shipping out 1200's to everybody then they are passing off clearance sale crap for an awful lot of points.

Well then isn't that somewhat false advertising ?????
I have the Samsung BD-1100 and it doesn't have the same features as the BD-1400 and as far as I know the BD-1200 didn't have some of these features also as in True HD lossless sound decoder as well as DTS decoder which the BD-1400 has .....I'm pretty sure it's listed in the extra features on the DMR webite......it was the description of what the machine offered that I knew it was the BD-1400
 
I was kinda curious about the whole expiration date thing. Some codes for older movies like Little Mermaid and Dead mans Chest say theyve already expired yet you can still redeem them.
